Respected government authorities, the company faber castell is not attending to complaints since last 2 months on the complaint lodged. The trail mail is herein for your quick reference. Its been torcherous to contact them endlessly. They should be told to give penalty for the mental torcher, that has caused. The spoc details provided never answers, its always in the engage mode. Servicemen contact with always asking to post pictures of the product to be repaired. Ref : ee had purchased faber gas stove 4 burner glass cooktop power 4bb bk manual ignition from amazon india - on 13.5.2021 and got the delivery of the same by 16.5.21 there has been severe damage while preparing our food. One side of the gas stove has been amicably damaged. The photos of the same were shared with the concerned officials, technicians, still no actions only automated replies, that the complaint will be attended with spoc details.
