Faber — defective chimney from eurodomo faber | |||
With reference to 3 month long continuous conversation with service executive & with lots of false promises & commitment, today i am writing this complain to convey your company about your product quality & exact scenario of after sale service. On 29th jan 2020 i ordered a eurodomo 60 cm 1050 m3/h chimney (Gem tc bk 60 black), through amazon. Initially i was impressed with the elegant design & attractive price. But same last for only 5 day. After delivery service executive installed the chimney and during installation the front glass was broken by the installer from aarav enterprises. I launched a voice complain to aarav enterprises on next day, since from 2nd week of feb 2020 i am continuously following but unfortunately only revert i received is “we already place your order to eurodomo, since eurodomo pune ware-house is close so not sure when replacement will be done, once pune ware-house will be open we will let you know “ Most pathetic incident which completely broke my trust over eurodomo is, when suddenly front panel of the chimney got disconnected from main panel automatically. Might due to improper welding. I never expect such kindly of negligence & poor quality from eurodomo. I am totally confused now. Now i realize my mistake of choosing eurodomo.
