The chimney caught fire at 3 am on Jan 12 when we were all sleeping. Half of my kitchen is burnt now. Thankfully we woke up with a glass crackling sound to find our kitchen on fire. It took 1.5 hrs to put the fire down by trained firemen. We had 2 lpg cylinders in the kitchen. God forbid but if we had not woken up, we could be dead including 3 young children and my parents who are senior citizens.
We had taken AMC but they never came for service until the day of the fire. Such pathetic service team. On complaining they refused to take accountability of the defective product and service negligence and just closed it saying the fire was from outside. Where outside? What science explains this? Someone must hold them accountable. This was about life. And its ironical they offered me 5k discount on buying a new one when i am seeking a full refund.
