both purchase date 27/10/2019.
1.gas stove L connector(metal), connecting stove and gas tube burst and got fire.how it could burst and got fire .stove was bought 9 months back only.what is the safety for us?.
2. faber chimney fitted on 2nd November 2019.once service was done.Till now it is not working properly.Asked service centre at vellore- sri Ragavendra Associates.now a senior service person came and told not fitted properly by junior at installation.We hired a carpenter at that time of installation11/2019 also for help.but now they are telling not installed properly.Air is not succked out properly.
