On[protected], I purchased a 4 burner gas stove by Faber from Decor point, Mettupalayam road, RS Puram. Even while purchasing, there was a particular type of design on the stove which was very odd, when asked regarding the same, the salesman of the particular franchise said that it was the latest model and design and is yet to be popular among people. On 24th April 2020 we were trying to clean the glass top and the piece that was stuck came out and there were 4 holes in that particular area. I’ll be attaching the pictures along with this. The very day, we sent a mail to Customer support of Faber complaining about the same along with another thing that the low flame is as high as high flame. This then resulted in the arrival of a technician later one day, and stated that the glass top has been refurbished and it doesn’t match with the quality of a Faber product ( so it’s kind of clear by now that we have been fooled) .
Later, Mr. Ramesh reaches out to us asking what was the actual problem with the stove (he never came, he just called) on[protected] and inspite of telling him as clearly as possible he kept on asking the same on several calls, without even any further check on the problem. Neither did he come to check it personally nor did he do anything further. He also asked us to contact him alone if we had any problem in future (without even solving the present issue). Post this incident, never has he attended our calls, and once in a blue moon he would call and ask what was the problem and I would explain all again from the top. Today, on[protected] I tried reaching him multiple times from my phone, later when I dialed him from my daughter’s phone, he answered and said that he is quite busy and would call back later, and we had an argument there. Leave alone, a consumer issue, It’s saddening how people are not even bothered about their own responsibilities.
I will be attaching the bill along with the images of the burner.
I request you to kindly look into the issue and take a proper action.

      I buy a faber chimney in sep, 2019. It looks sleek and all.
      I clean it on a monday say, oil starts dripping from wednesday (Latest).

      I raise a complaint on 24 may. After ore than 15 days someone in pune wakes up and calls back to confirm the issue.

      Fast forward, i explain the issue to a local engineer. Fun starts. He explains me that for this chimney model i have to take out the 2 filter blades every night and keep them in a standing position. Next morning wipe them and put them back.

      Now engineer (I felt bad for the poor guy in a broken cycle and a backpack which looked like pre historic) arrives at homes - looks at it - lost. Tells me "sir, who has given you this idea of daily taking out in the night..." my response "sir, looks like someone in faber only :-)"

      Let me find a better word for later but for now "i wish i could fart hard at faber to dry the oil up in the chimney every night without taking faber out"

        We have purchased ro water purifier from faber, its just waste, from the day of installation the water was tasteless and they told as its first new, it will be ok in a few days, still was not improving after 15days, later when the complain was given they came and checked the tds which came to be low (Around 5 tds which is unsafe for drinking,) later he changed the ro membrane and then tds rise to 23, but tasteless water, after complaining again they said they will fix the tds contrler and uv to that forvwhich i have to bear the cost of 2500/ extra after paying 16000/ to purifier, and the sales man at faber nagarbhavi bangalore is least bothered after complaining repeatedly, it was our goodness which kept us from throwing the thing back infront of them, but even after agreeing to pay 2500/ still the repair is not done,

          I bought this Faber cook top from Amazon. Have had so many complaints. The faber service center in Cochin has not responded to my calls.
          I spoke to the service technician who came for the initial installation.
          The grids are damaged.
          The self starter is not working.
          I have got a very bad piece.
          I request the servioce center in Cochin to contact me at the earliest.

            explosion of glass top hob (stove)- faber make

            The faber make glass top model gas stove (Hob) installed in my home found burst/exploded all of sudden within 8 months of purchased. There was no specific reason for such an explosion, except the manufacturing defect, as the unit was lying idle and there was no objects on top to fall down. And fortunately no one got hurt and injured.

            When i have contacted the faber customer service, they have advised that glass top is not coming...

            I raised a complaint on a faulty built-in microwave oven. Service engineer visited and dismantled the unit and left for want of part. Even after 45 days they have not got the part or repaired it. Contacted their service center, area service manager etc. They say part has to come from Italy and even after so many days there is no resolution. Pathetic service. Never recommend Faber

              I faced lot of problems while hub and chimney installation..

              Technician vamsi services were very bad..

              Small burner are not working properly. So gas leakage happened twice... Few day back technician jeevan attended and rectified

              Now again small burners are not working and auto ignation is not working.

              For this i called many local technician.. No one responding..

              Please rectify problem immediately..

                Bought a chimney on 22//02/2020. Booked installation service on 25th february. The technician called & we missed the call. They closed the call without informing us. We waited for 48hrs & then again called on 27th february to customer care. Customer care exec smartly bookef another service request without informing us. Since then no one called us for any kind of installation service. I tried calling mr. Venugopal ([protected]). He have another no of service manager ([protected]). He told service team will call us. After that he blocked my number to avoid us. What kind of service is this i don’t know. The chimney os jist lying without any use. Spent 19000/- for this.

                  Firstly croma is a cheater selling the product with wrong information, the product is having 1 year warranty sold saying 2 years warranty by mr. Arif and mr. Naushad. The mr. Rahul jadhav from faber is even not responding to calls he is service manager. The hob top is being repaired 6th time for the electronic lighter not working since purchase but faber is just replacing the parts but not ready to replace the product. Also the service is so pathetic everyone just blames each other and no responsibility taken. When the warranty will be over they will start asking money for the same issue. They are most pathetic and irresponsible company not admitting to their faulty product. Will take it to the consumer court too as i have all the videos and audio recording with photos of the repair.

                    I am totally upset with faber's after sales service and authorised service centre. I had called a week back at your customer service numbers under request #[protected]. My complain was that i had taken an amc from your erstwhile authorized service centre - sky enterprises for 6 services without any expiry period mentioned on the invoice. The technician who had come had informed me that i can avail of the 6 services whenever i need without any expiry date to it. Till now i had availed only 2 service from sep'18 last year. This year i had to call your service number to get my amc services done under the said contract on 23rd april 2019 as i was told that sky enterprises is not longer associated with faber.
                    Faber had arranged to sent a technician from matrix service center for the 2nd service. I had called on 12 oct 2019 to avail the 3rd service for which the above request number was provided to me. The technician named mayur from matrix service centre had called and asked me to send a copy of the amc invoice, which i did to his watsapp number. Later he called and informed me that the 6 service contract is no longer valid i. E. It was valid for just one year. After hearing this i was totally disappointed with the company's post sales services. Firstly, their erstwhile sky enterprises promised the customer about 6 services which faber is not able to fulfil. Secondly, i was never informed in april 2019 when i had called their customer service or by matrix that this contract will not be valid beyond 1 year as it was a false promise committed by their erst while service centre. Until last year i use to renew my amc on a yearly basis by paying rs rs 1000 - rs 1200/-. But last year when i renewed i was informed about the 6 service offer which i took considering there was no issue since 2016. I never knew i would be cheated by their authorised center. (The trust factor is completely shattered with respect to their product & services). I am totally upset with their services. Why should the customer suffer because faber changed their authorised service centre from sky enterprise to matrix. They are now not honouring the promise made by their old service centre. Also they have not kept the customer informed when the service centre was shut. Who will compensate for the money paid for 6 services (Paid rs 2300/-) but availed only 2 services till date. Their customer grievance cell should look into my issue and address it considering the customer is not at fault in this case.
                    Its been more than 6 months i have been following up with their customer service team & western india head rahul jadhav but till now they have not resolved my issue. Just going in circles.
                    Would avail a favourable response from faber's end by honouring the promise made by your service center.

                      Dear team,

                      This is regarding the after sales service of your company. I have purchased a kitchen chimney in the month of october 2019 from you authorized showroom in new delhi.

                      Its a high quality one and i did purchase it of around 20000 rs. We called the person to demonstrate and install the chimney in our newly constructed house. After a long wait, when no one came to install it, we hired some external person to install the same. From last 1 month, chimney is not working properly and instead of throwing the smoke outside the house, it is throwing inside the home only.

                      We called your support team and asked to come. I am ready to pay the visiting charges, but unfortunately no one is coming for repairing the chimney. I am really getting very frustrated. I heard that faber is the best brand in this sector the reason to associate with your brand is the after sales service only. But this attitude and service changed my mind and i would not recommend your brand to my friends and relatives.

                      I have purchased a gas stove. There was a problem in one of the burner. I almost called up 20 times. One of the helper came and clearly said that there is a problem in the burner. He also clicked the picture. Everytime they say that the person will come to replace it. Almost a month has been passed and nobody came.

                        Purchased faber chimney from amazon, and raised request for chimney installation on 11 feb 2020, today being 15 th feb 2020 my chimney installation is still pending. I tried reaching faber customer care multiple times but their response is same that we can escalate the issue and it will be reaolved asap. Even amazon said the same. This is worst experience with any brand who remarks itseld as best brand. Tjay gave me bihar manager number, mr. Syed-[protected]

                          The chimney was installed on 22.05.2019. The service to be provided by n. C. Sales & services, kolkata 53. For last 20 days, the switch for the fan (Which actually runs the suction) is non functional. Called the designated service centre, they asked me to call the all india service centre [protected]. I booked the complain and paid cleaning service (Only faber is the company who does not provide free service for one year) on 02.02.2020. None responded till date. (13.02.2020). When called again today, the lady at the telecaller told that one service manager has been allotted (Name surjit ganguly, m [protected]). But the phone number does not exist.
                          Is faber like this only??? Is it a fake company without any engineering back up (Actually this issue has been told to me by the nc sales and service that faber does not have technicians for after sales service)

                            I have purchased a cooktop on 08/01/2020 from the exibition, after installation on the 2nd day the flame goes off when you put it on low gas, i complained & an engineer came & told me that since this is a new model he was not aware of the technicalities & senior technician willcome to look at this complain within 48 hours, it has been so many days now & no one has come, we have tried calling the the customer care but it is impossible to get through to them.
                            It is very disappointing that a company like faber should have such a horrible after sales, imagine buying a nnew cook top & not being able to use it within 2 days of installation, dont you`ll have experienced engineers.
                            Kindly do the needful as soon as possible since i have discarded my old cook top & cannot carryout slw cooking on this one
                            Why I gave a complaint regarding Faber burners why no one is attending the customer place why is complaint already submitted or not I gave a complaint already 3days completed no one is attending the customers place our playing with the customer why Faber executive is responding the calls.wt happened plz call me urgent

                              I have lodged a complaint regarding the malfunctioning of my gas hob in november 2019 vide complaint no.[protected] but to my utter surprise the issue remains unattended even after three months and repeated reminders through emails and telephone calls.
                              Other than a customary visit by the service centre guy which seemed more of a time buying exercise, nothing substantial has been achieved till date.

                                I have purchased faber ro undersink water purifier from bangalore, they didnt even enquired regarding the type of water supply whether kaveri water or so, just installed and went, and only when we complained regarding the tasteless water, then they checked for the tds of water after purifier pass which was 5ppm, later they changed the ro membrane to 85 still the tds was 23 ppm, which is unsafe for drinking, we are using the water from outside as we are not able to use, wasn't it the responsibility of the person who sold us to brie[censored]p, or even the. Person who installed, none of the professionals are trained, then what is the use of waiting for training person to install, now one after the other they are telling to pay 2800 for adding uv pf etc what is the use of paying around 16000 and not getting things best, when are you rectifying the mistakes, opted this company thinking good now feel it is the worst

                                  I bought faber chimney in 2018 and got it installed and served by calling customer care. Within a month, the circuit board failed and i was informed that voltage fluctuations will lead the circuit board. As all other household appliances were working fine and voltage protection is provided in the mains, we decided to install an additional stabiliser for the chimney. Even after installation of stabiliser, the circuit board has again failed. The service engineer says replaced circuit boards have no warranty and we have to pay every time circuit board fails. As no other home appliance, including cooking range, acs, tv's ate all working fine, i can only attribute it to poor quality product. There is no protection given to customer as they conveniently blame the eb. My advice to buyers of faber would be to avoid their products. Their quality is not good.

                                    I have purchased utopia hob on 1st december and from the day 1 one of the burnet is not working. After ignition it will switch off immediately. I purchased it fromanupama home world jayanagar bangalore, they organized serbice person to visit but there comment this hob is new model there could be a quality issues. He recommended another service person but eventually he didn’t fix.
                                    Now still waiting for the fab person to resolve.

                                    I am disappointed to purchase the fab hob.

                                      I am writing this email regarding my faber product "faber stilux 3d t2s2 bk tc ltw 90" purchased on "07-aug-2019".

                                      I am very old customer and using faber product quite long. This product really dissatisfy me with product quality as well as with service provided against my multiple complaints.

                                      From very first day i have raised the issue related to front panel mirror. With my continuous follow-up and phone call service team replace by sending wrong part. Again i started follow up and faber team replaced with part that is not similar as i purchased. They install the part very roughly and part seems very bad due its different color. When i raised this concern i got answer now we are making this part like that only.

                                      As soon as they installed the panel and mirror, touch panel stop working. It’s really very bad experience with this product.

                                      I have requested to replace this product completely.in case i have to provide some addition cost i will pay for that but please help me to sort this issue with your due diligence.

                                      Hope you understand customer pain and resolve with your best options.
