[Resolved]  Faber — Glass Broken

| am having faber glass top and chimney. After one month o[censored]se glass of the hob broke down automatically and blast is such that glass is scattered every corner of the kitchen. If anyone is present there at that time then it will be a serious human injury. I called customer care and ask them to replace the glass hob, there representative come and click the photo and told me that they will update after 2 days. There is no call from there side in next 4 days then i called them and ask for the update then they told we can't replace glass as glass is not comes under warranty. After that i called various times but no one is picking up the call and they are not ready to replace the glass hob.
