Faber is the worst comapny i have ever used ...10yrs before when i bought my chimney i was very satisfied . cooktop with manufacturing defects

I bought a faber 3 burner cooktop which is not working properly since day 1...it has been just a year and the metal portion of 2 of the burners has started melting...it is giving me a lot of trouble while cooking...please help... immediate attention required..we are suffering a lot......

i have pruchsed faber chimnay four years back . the chimney soesnt work as it should be from the day it is installed . executive visited everytimes calls for as if they are honest and repaired it . but i believe it may have some techinacal or may be its part should be checked. there is no help and reply and also i have not recieved m whole life warranntee and gaurantee car . i have posted the card requiring details already times back....

Faber glasstop burst at models

Its been 2 years had bought this cook top looks very beautiful. last week all of surprise night 2am the glass bursted and glass scattered all over the kitchen.
Customer care are saying: if 100 of of 1000 happens its common and replacement will cost Rs 2000+.

The most important factor here is safety as it involves gas i dont know how governament has given them ISI mark

Even though i could get it repaired...

I was told that my docket no. would be texted to me immediately and a technician would visit me within 24 hours. I received no message and so I sent an email to the Faber customer care ID. Looting Customers in India

I earnestly request all citizens to BLACK LIST FABER and do not buy FABER PRODUCTS IN INDIA. For installation of gas Stove they want to charge us RS200. What is the work just to push one tube in. The seller does not informs us of such hidden charges. So please do not get looted by an Italian company in our own country....

2 exterior steel plates missing in the new Microwave delivered

I have bought a Built in Microwave FMW300AXCXS from Shubh Enterprises, Casa Intalia East street, Pune... After the product was delivered we realized that 2 trim steel plates were missing. I had purchased Faber Chimney at Surya Home Appliances ,Chennai -600018 on 25/07/2013 vide bill no.8180. Model No.LTW91060. Initially the dealer informed the price as Rs. 9,800/ after discounts. In spite of our repeated requests the dealer did not reduce the price and finally billed it for Rs. 9,800/. Accordingly invoice was raised for Rs. 9,800/ after receiving the cash with the promise to deliver the equipment next day.

For servicing my Faber Hob and Chimney , I have called M/s Smart care, , Tambaram (authorised service centre)Pbone No. [protected].One mechanic by name Mr.Sivanesan came and serviced the appliances. But he could not open one of the screws in a small burner. So the bottom of the hob could not be cleaned. While cleaning the burner one of the electrical flickering of the small burner went out of order.But I have paid service charges of Rs.550/-...
