This is in reference to my service request
registered with your customer care call center on[protected]. I was
told that my docket no./complaint reference number would be sent through
SMS right after the call. I didn't receive any message with the
reference number.The service technician who visited my
house informed us that PCB needs to be replaced and will be changed only
if we pay for AMC charges. I referred the warranty booklet/manual which
does not say anywhere that AMC has to be taken every year to keep the
life time warranty cover. My consequent conversations with customer care
on this matter ended up with very rude unfriendly behavior which was
un-called for.Realizing my helplessness to be
stuck due to worst after sales experience, I promised myself not to buy
FABER ever again and spread the word to everybody I know. We paid
Rs.1450 to the service technician to get this resolved. After few days,
on[protected], another technician visited and replaced PCB and informed
us that motor is also bad and needs replacement. He said that he has no
updates from the previous technician and cannot help it.Today,
on[protected], even after paying money contradicting life time
warranty, I am at mercy of FABER technicians, waiting for them to do the
needful to make things working. Service technicians clearly mention
that it is the fault of seller who didn't inform you about warranty. In
addition to that, after paying additional money, I am doing a endless
wait for some body to turn up. I would like to take this as intimation
that I am going to take harsh actions and take legal action for the
harassment and will not tolerate this negligence on your part.
