Faber India — Not servicing the product and resolving the issue | |||||
Respected sir/madam, I purchased a faber galaxy plus ro+uv+uf+mat, 9 liters, 8 stage mineral water purifier with upto 2500 tds, black | b07v24n9jv (B07v24n9jv) water purifier through amazon on 06.08.2020. The faber representative visited my home and installed it on a couple of days and it was working fine. Three months before the water purifier completely stopped working. I raised a complaint with faber on the same day through their customer care[protected]. A customer care executive attended my call and informed me that they will arrange for a service visit to my home. They also said i will be getting a call to my registered mobile number before the service engineer visiting my home. However till the end of that week i haven’t got any call from the service engineer. I again called next week and again got the same reply from the customer care team. After frequent calls to them they provided the service engineer number and asked me to spoke to him directly. When i called him he said he was affected by corona and said he will come after a week. I waited for a week and again called customer care team and this time they provided another service engineer head number and the person name is some “reddy”. I tried calling his number and it was in vain. He didn’t picked up the call even after i tried multiple times. Every week i called them and asked for an escalation and i always had the same reply from them. Till now it was not resolved and for the three months i am not able to use it and purchasing water from outside during this pandemic. Due to this i was forced to go out to purchase the water. Till now i am calling them every week and they are providing the same answer that i will get a call within 48 hours. The warranty of the water purifier is going to end by next month for which its not working. I want to take appropriate action on this issue and would like to file a compliant against faber for their poor customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
