[Resolved] Faber — oil is not collecting in oil collecter of chimney. rather than oil is dripping. | |
We bought kitchen chimney hood crest plus on 22nd june. But after 1 week has been passed after auto clean oil is not collecting in oil collecter. Ratherthan it is dripping outside from the corner of collector. Oil is falling on stove. I have called customer care several times but no response. I will never buy faber.. Most pathetic service.. Service centre (Mr. Pramod) and service engineer (Mr. Indersen) are misguiding from last 4 months and now saying to speak to call centre.
Service centre and engineer are having some nexus and closed the complaints without resolution and they gives different statements on every interaction

Can you tell us how was this problem resolved? I think you have a filterless chimney where there is no baffle filter to stop the oil dripping from motor housing and it falls either on the mesh cover or directly on the stove. Did the technician install a bracket to resolve it?
