Faber — Parts Replacement under warranty pending since three months

I bought the Eurodomo chimney last November (2021). Within three months, the chimney had problem closing and it remains in open state always. The parts need to fix under warranty were ordered by the service engineer in March 2022. He promised to fix the issue within 14 days. After several calls to customer care and the service engineer, till date I haven't received the parts. The only reply I get from the customer care is that the parts are in Transit for over three months now. The service engineer doesn't even attend my calls. I am caught in helpless situation that I am unable to buy a new one (other than faber) since I am waiting for three months in the expectation that it will fixed soon.
