Faber — service complaint against faber and kk service center bangalore | |||
Hi, I have signed up for amc via application number 1763684, on jan 24, 2018. City - bangalore Center: kk service center It has been more than 3 months and till date, i have not received a call for free service. I was committed one free service per quarter, i. E. 4 service per annum. Your service center in bangalore, kk service center, is doing a pathetic job in ensuring free service is carried out. They are duping the customers stating they will provide 4 free service, and they wait for customers to call them for service. Once customer calls and reminds, they will send the technician for service. I called today stating technician should have visited my residence for service in end of april. Lady by name anitha did not have a logical response to my question, apologised and arranged for a visit. When i asked for faber email address to lodge a complaint, she was not ready to share the email address. This is the 2nd time i am facing such issue. Even last time, the 4th service was not carried out, and only after i called, the service was carried out. I do not know if this is faber strategy to earn money via amc or is this a tactic been used by your service center. Either way, this is adverse impact on your customer experience and not good for your company in the long run. I want this issue to be sorted at the earliest. I will also put his message across social media so that other customers are not duped by faber and kk service center. I need a response to my complaint at the earliest.
