I have already registered a complaint regarding non working of ignition part of one burner. No one came to attend the complaint even after the lapse of 7 days.
Now the ignition part of one more burner is not working.
I never expect such type of service from a company like faber.
Should i expect that the hob will be repaired during my life period....

I bought the faber stove and chimney 5 years before, i am not talking about the warranty or service i am talking about the safety you provide on your product, my family just escape by little wounds just because of god's grace, definitely every customer should be alert, one of the main thing is this happened when not in use of the stove, your company officials must visit my home and check what happened, i won't wait a lot, otherwise i will...

Pathetic after sale services
I had purchased faber chimney in the month of may 2017, after repeated calls they came to install the same but the installation done was not appropriate. There is a lot of noise in the chimney i lodged by complaint on customer care number [protected] but no body turned up. Very upset with the pathetic after sale services of the company. I purchased a faber hob on 21/10/2016
There is a problem in ignition part since inception.
Even for the last 358 days the same problem still persists.
The main aim of the company is linger on the problem. On complaints the company close the complaint at their own level without attending the same.
As the warranty is going to expire on 19/10/17 the company is linger on to charge hefty sum on repair after the expiry...

I brough the cooktop 2 days before and now it has problem.
2 burners not litting with a proper flame.
Glass had got scratches by heat.
Wen i called the customer care they say it will cost 200 rs for technician visit.

I understood the matter and came to one conclusion that these therer product has to be banned.
Now filing a complaint in court to close this company otherwise one or 2 innocent lives...

Hi, my name is kiruba from hyderabad. I have a faber integerated model dishwasher. I gave a complaint to faber that some error code came on august 2016. (Last year) till now they didn't fix it. I'm struggle with the faber technicians last one year. They took the dishwasher to their place kept it for 3weeks and delivered it back in a worst condition. In last month my wall mounted kitchen chimney had been serviced by nashik service center but immediate after reinstallation it faild to work. I contacted the service center but only assurance has been received about the visit of technician but still he has not visited. After contacting it has said that that you register the complainonline hence i am registring this complaint...

1. We have a faber chimney that has lifetime guarantee on fans.
2. We have an amc with s. S. Enterprise, kolkata
3. After a scheduled service (About 1-month + back) done by one of s. S. Enterprise personnel, one fan has started noise.
4. We have informed the enterprise: they had charged rs.200/- to see the problem.
5. Few days back, the s. S. Enterprise has replaced one fan out of two and again charged rs.320/-...

I have a faber chimney which i purchased from royal care, bhubaneswar, odisha. Accidentally, the oil collector (Plastic) was broken. Hence, i need a spare plastic/steel oil collector. Where can i find it? Otherwise, please send your service personnel to replace it.

I had bought a faber brass 4 burner hob one year back. From day 1 i had a problem with the hob with 1 burner not working well and other burner getting switched off by itself. I had called the service center and lodged a complaint then. They came after 2 weeks and said there is no problem without checking anything. Mr ali service representative of faber nagpur does not responds to service calls. If by chance responds then fails to keep the commitments.in case he dose respond then the service is not proper in the sense that the chimney exhaust stops functioning the very next day of servicing. Ignition part of small burner faber hob model 604 ci installed on 22/10/2016 by faber service provider one touch solutions services, paschim vihar, new delhi is not working from the very first day.
Every time their technician visit to repair says that it will be replaced within 2 or 3 days but they never repaired or replaced that part.

I had called faber servicing company, nayabad, kolkata, to set right pcb guard in july'2017. Technician reported that that funzi pcb guard is not available at the moment & an order no. 83859 dated 14th july, 2017 has been placed with faber for replacement. Despite follow-up, the part has yet to be replaced.

The faber chimney was installed on 15 th july through toll free booking. Though the package was apparently in good condition, the chimney made much noise and one of the led bulb was not working.

I have mis-placed my invoice but have warranty card and purchase order, but i have missed my invoice, hence i have given all the details about when i have purchased the chimney, so that i can get a duplicate copy of invoice. But the owner of the shop is not even ready to listen about the situation and do the needful. I want to know how i should proceed so that i can duplicate of the invoice....

Im completely fedup with faber cooktop and will advice noone to ever buy it even if given free of cost!

I have a 4 burner faber cooktop, since the time i purchased there was some or the other problem... Till 1 yr it was serviced free.. After that each time the techincian would come he would say that some part needs changing.. I have paid 500-1000 rs on each such visit in the last 3 years.. Almost it has been giving trouble...
