Faber customer care in goa among the worst. This does not behove our prime minister's vison of make in india-skill india by any stretch of imagination. Lodged a complaint for service call on friday the 6th and today is 11th and no signs nor any feed back from fabre on the status of our complaint. Apart from indifferent and slow responses people have said that they make up repair items and inflate billings, but in fairness to them, i have not had such an experinece as yet.🤞
Waiting patiently in mahatma gandhi's country for fabre to do their job.

The representative of service agent of Faber India whose receipt is attached, came for service and on use later we found the gas hob not working properly. Ever since 05/05/2018 we are chasing them for a revisit to OK the problem but no one responding.

It's a matter of LPG and they are lenient after taking money.

    I am sushmitaa de and we had purchased faber hood glassy 3d t2s2 max ltw 60 from galaxy (Faber panorama) - 42, gariahat road kolkata-700029 on dated 10/12/2016, in the name of mr. Srijeet de, address:- 2a, nibedita plaza, 2nd floor, 3- k. C. C. Mitra street, belgharia, kolkata-700056.
    As per faber policy, i should have receive my warranty card with in a month of date of perchase but its 1 years 5months already gone and i did not received anything onhand...!
    Kindly please do the needful as soon as possible as its already been too late.
    I have mailed to the [protected]@faberspa.com 2 times but not received any reply from there end yet.

      We purchased faber gas burner with chimney in 2008. As it got rusted we purchased one more on 26.5.2015through m/s bytes communications, mangalore. On 15.11.2017 we repaired it for getting rusted by paying 680/.-including cleaning the chimney. Again the stove got rusted and we replaced the knobs by paying 1867/on 11.1.2018. Please note that we were out of station in dec 2017 and in feb & mar 2018. Again after returning we observed that one knob is again stuck.in a gap of 5 months we spent 2500/for repairing. Please look into the matter. If you are not responding to this, we do not have any alternative than proceeding legally or complain to consumer forum

        I had already complained on last thursday, i. E on 22nd march requesting the co to attend to auto-ignition problem of my cook top. Same was attended to by a mechanic from metro solution, your authorized service co on 27th feb and we are again facing same problem, despite he putting /replacing one spare and had paid around rs 1000,

        I was promised someone from faber will contact me soon and as requested, the problem will be attended today, latest by tmw.

        Would await for expeditious response ans affirmative action on priority basis pl.

          The worst service I ever had. The products are good but the service people doesn't have any value for time or the customers no matter i[censored]nder AMC or not.

          I am really sorry to say that inspite of a good product and a good brand, there are immense service issues.
          I am covered with AMC for Faber Chimney. The service men are not coming at my residence in any stipulated time. While booking for the service I am always assured with the date and time of their arrival, which are eventually the fake assurances.
          They usually come as per their convenient time and just doesn't bother about the customer's convenience. We are a working family and usually I take a half day off as per the booking schedule, but they doesn't arrive in that schedule.
          Today also they were supposed to come as I had to rebook due to their inefficiency of time maintaining on last Saturday 1st half. I took the 1st half off on last Saturday and today also, but they didn't turn up.
          I don't think with this type of service, l would ever recommend Faber to anyone else.
          If you cannot provide me with good service on time, kindly return my hard earned money which I had spent on your AMC by trusting your services

          Kindly help me out with this and this kind o[censored]nprofessionalism is really not expected from such a well known brand.

            12th february 2018 i've taken appointment for faber stove service with acknowledgement number[protected], very poor response from faber, ignition noise is continuous for the past 4days, no plug is fixed to disconnect.. Again instalation has not done properly, switch is also not connected, direct electricity line connected.. Never expected this much irresponsibility..

              Hello, i am satya. I have taken faber chimney amc of rs 2300 in july 2017 for 1 year where 6 visit was planned in every alternate month in kolkata 700135. But i am not getting service on time. I have to call customer care & service person are coming as per their convinence after the agreed date & time. I need to follow up many times as i have paid already. No calls even received on due date. Very poor service & unprofessional manner. Recently 14th january is still pending today (6th feb) & next due date is 14th march. I called customer service & gave date on 2nd feb. But nobody neither came nor even called me. On 3rd day i again call back & received a response that service person can not come neither on saturday nor in sunday. I rescheduled it again for 5th. Still situation was same. Again i called for 6th feb. Now service center will check & confirm whether it is possible or not? After amc i am harashed by the service. My amc is going to be completed in july & i am hardly rethink about renew this. It is already half of the year. I want my amc money back by 50% atleast. Thanks.. Satya.

                Atrocious, they charged me 1400 to drill a hole in the wall (4 inch dirty hole).
                The total installation cost was 2900. The hole and the center of the chimney are not aligned. The chimney isn't straight even if a spirit level was used, to clear off this mess i may have to shell a couple of 1000's. Thanks faber mangalore for the mess.
                They have also taken off the warranty card with them which i was supposed to post to faber.

                  This is to inform you that we have purchased faber gas stove mo del no. Htg754crsebrci on 06.12.17 from shiv shakti appliances, shiva market, delhi. As today we have used your gas stove the burner is not working properly, lot of water leakage from the bottom of stove constraint that all my drawers will get dirty if water comes out from stove. We have complaint 4 times and all your executives came and said that this will happen.

                  So please replace my product or refund my money and if you do not take any strict action against this i will file a complaint in consumer court against cheating and misguiding customers.

                  In your chimney we have purchased we have not received any oil dish tray where oil will get collected. Arrange that dish tray otherwise we will have to file against this.

                    I am registering a complaint regarding the service rendered by avon marketing kolkata on 24.12 2016 when the technician mr. Amitava lahiri broke the filter during service and the same has been reported to the technician during the next service.

                      Dear team,

                      Myself is ravinder singh and it is regarding the complaint no.[protected] burner colour got changed.

                      I had raised the same complain last month as well when the faber technician santosh came to check and told me that it can be cleaned easily and use it as and let us know if the burner colour will still get changed. Same issue i have raised again two weeks ago. The same technician came again to check and took the pic of the burner and told me that he will check it with his supervisor and get back to me in 1-2 days. But when i had not received any call from technician, i have tried to call him but he was not giving any answer in state way. Then i called again to faber customer care and found that my complaint was closed on very first day with comments "hob is working fine".

                      Can someone let me know who raised the complaint that the hob is not working? I have raised the complaint for burned burner colour and how the technician can close any customer complaint without taking any consent from customer. Same question i have raised with customer care agent. She lady told me that customer had signature on job card but neithor me nor my family members have signed on job card. Then how the signature came on the job card. It is a fraud with the customer.

                      Then i had contacted again with the technician santosh to question how he can close my complaint without taking my consent. Then he gave the no. Of his supervisors dharminder. I tried to contact with him but again he was one the layer person. Then i found the number of mr. Nitin. He was the superior of dharminder. He had also wasted my time for a week with the false commitments and finally last saturday another technician nitin had visited my place. He tried to clean the burner with white cement and sandpaper. Now the burners are in bad condition.

                      Is it the really right way to clean the burner? Strange. How the faber technicians are working on customer complaints. It is question mark.

                      One interesting thing, no one has called me since i have raised the complaint with faber. Every time i had to call to technician, supervisor and senior. No one bother for customer sentiment. Customers are not foolish who had to call every time to faber team for status update. It is the responsibility of faber team to provide the update to customer.

                      I am feeling cheated as i have brought the faber hob in such cost with cheapest material and the pathetic after sale services. Highly disappointed.

                      Please look into this issue high priority. I will wait for another 1-2 days if i have not received any response, i'll raise this concern with higher authority.

                        I purchased your product "faber duetto hip x/v a90" on date 7/april/2015
                        From one of your dealer "stylish living building no-56&57 opp raghavendra swamy temple, s n pet 1st cross, bellary-583101"
                        I have given complaint about the problem several times, every time a new engineer shows up open the product take a look at the problem and tells to replace the part, no one returned with the solution. Today it was the 5th engineer who showed up and said the part will be replaced in 1 week. I am fed up with this kind of pathetic service. Kindly give me a solution or i will be forced to take this matter in consumer court. Looking forward for a reply and solution
                        The faber chimney is not working -the suction is not functioning..Tried several times to get a technician from the faber showrooms...But to no avail.. Its lying unused for a very long time. Its performance is not at all good, the chimney is not functioning to its optimum level, the chimney is coming on when turned on but no use..

                          I purchased a gas burner, chimney, microwave and oven from aran kitchen indore in the month of may 2017 and installed by ur service person on september 2017 at 25, shri ram colony, gwalior m. P.. But after complainining many times to shailendra from bhopal for not working properly of gas burner from the starting day and having many problems for cooking,
                          please provide the technician for repairing as earliest, Burner is not working properly and we are facing many problems
                          I have purchased a Chimney (Feel plus BK LTW 60 PB) on 10-my-2017 from Wudstar Life Style Pathanamthitta, Kerala. But its light is not working . I have registered complaint many times by phone . But service personnel not attended.

                            Dear sir,

                            I had purchased a faber chimney last year. As per the service technicians instruction i had filled up the ltw form and posted it to your address last year.

                            But till date i have not received the warranty card.

                            Attached in the billcopy and ltw filled form for reference.

                            I have even mailed the copies to faber customer care as per their instruction but they have replied in very unprofessional manner.

                            They have asked me to pay 1000rs for getting the warranty certificate.

                            Is this the way of serving the customer???

                            I had even filed a complaint last year because of their unprofeesional approach and negligence regarding the installation activity to be carried out after purchase.

                            The mail communications are with me for reference if required and they have even apologized for that.

                            I want stern action to be taken and this company management to be tried in court.

                              I have purchased the faber gas stove few months back.
                              The grid is uneven and any vessel you keep on it falls off. And your representatives have come and suggested i purchase chinese grid.
                              Im having problem in day to day cooking. This is an emergency and a big problem.
                              This is a big emergency because it is related to fire and can cause a big problem and we dont want to risk it. Please deal with this at the earliest otherwise ill have to take strict action against the company

                                We bought a faber glass top stove over a month ago, and some of the metallic grills on top of the burners did not have the rubber bushes that prevent them from moving around and scratching the glass surface.

                                We've been calling them everyday since then, and everyday they have an excuse not to deliver us those bushes that probably don't even cost 20 rupees. Pathetic service from faber!
                                I call Faber service center on 1st Nov for repair for chimney . It was in warranty also. But they don't came till date . I call them several time but they didn't respond.

                                  The chimney is not working properly. Perhaps the motor isn't working. So i want replacement as lifetime guarantee card has been issued for 12 years on 10.07.2012 and card number - kol 12165219. The connection is ok but the appliance is not working.                                     I have raised a complaint on 20th oct (Reference number[protected] and till date there has been no call back from any technician and the customer service is providing wrong mobile numbers to contact the technicians.

                                    The turn around time of 48 hours for the customer service is already past. When i called them today, they again said the technician will call and come tomorrow to my home.

                                    I have already made 4 calls to the customer care helpline number with no success and moreover, the contact us section on the faber website (http://www.faberindia.com/contact-faber.aspx) allows you to type all the details, but does nothing when you hit submit!!! So much for customer service and always helping customers!!
                                    I have a faber chimney .It's mesh of hood is not workinh due to broken screw .Can you repair or replace it?

                                      This authorized service center of faber is more than 65 km away from my place. My cooking range was given for replacing front door glass on 11/08/2017. I am getting very irresponsible reply from this service center and not attending phone too... I am attaching the job card along with this complaint

                                        I have already registered a complaint regarding non working of ignition part of one burner. No one came to attend the complaint even after the lapse of 7 days.
                                        Now the ignition part of one more burner is not working.
                                        I never expect such type of service from a company like faber.
                                        Should i expect that the hob will be repaired during my life period.
