Faber — Services issue

Faber india services are pathetic and very unprofessional.
I registered complaint regarding chimney issue on 25 March, with complaint id LUC[protected].
Technician visited 1 or 2 days after, checked all issues
And some parts were needed to be replaced, he said he will be coming in a week but every time he is delaying and now its more than 2 months, due to his behaviour i am very depressed and kitchen condition is getting worsen day by day.
