Despite lodging multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. The technicians assigned to the issue have not responded to my calls, which is deeply disappointing.

Over the last two days, my household has been unable to cook food due to this problem, causing significant inconvenience. This is the first time I have experienced such poor service, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of response and support from your team.
