This is pertaining to order id 28359 of fabfresh.33 laundry items including wearables and non wearables were given on 16th dec 2017 from 2nd cross, cambridge layout ulsoor near vijaya bank.. It has been 3 weeks since then we have not received any updates on the laundry status and customer care is also unable to provide the status. Moreover they have blocked the registered no [protected]. We have contacted other persons also listed on site but no reverts are there. This is a clear case of harrassment forcing us to complain about this issue. We have the bill and messages which came earlier as proof. Request you to look into crucial matter.
