Gave fabfresh 2 kingsized quilts in june at chennai as i was moving to banglore in july. They promised to deliver in a weeks time. As moving date neared, repeatedly called them but of no use. Finally a staff promised that thier headquarters is in banglore and so it will be easier for them to deliver there. So i gave my temporary address at banglore. Again no response.in september i moved to a permanent address in yelahanka banglore. Again kept calling and messaging. They sent me pics of other quilts and blankets indicating they were clueless where mine was. After constant messages and calls they located my quilt.. Made me pay for it online 1700 and finally never delivered saying that yelahanka was out of thier delivery area. Now they have blocked my number and there is still no response.
Highly inefficient and irresponsible laundry service
