Famousfeets — Fraudulent website and scam

Re: Grievance against FamousFeets.

I placed an order on an online site named FamousFeets, which in its information states that it is hosted by Shopify Inc.
I wanted to bring to your notice that I placed an order on the 1st October 2020, and received a mail from [protected]@gmail.com, that my order had been confirmed, but no information with respect to when would my order be delivered. I sent them a mail in response asking them about the Estimated Delivery Date for my order. However it has been 5 days and they have not gotten back to me with a response. I looked up google and have found that several other customers have faced this issue and had lost their money.
If you could kindly assist me.

I ordered apparel on famousfeets on 24 sep 2020. But since than no communication and no delivery of products. It's a fake site. Please beware. Please help someone.

I placed the order with this Famousfeets.com site on 26th Sept'2020 (Order # 3870) and I haven't get yet any products from them and also not get the refund of the same. It's just fraudulent website and its should be close/block on urgent note. They hane not mentioned any contact/address on site except email id for contact ([protected]@gmail.com). I placed order with the famousfeets.com site on oct 2, 2020 of three combo sets of Kurtis of rs. 1497/- and I got money deducted from my account and confirmation sms as my order is complete.
But from then I haven't received any follow ups, delivery or response of tracking details.i had also mailed regarding my query on their mail. But haven't received any response.
They have not mentioned any contact/address on site except email id for contact ([protected]@gmail.com). Please help me with the refund and other too with this fraudulent incident.

Hi, I have placed an order of a combo suit on 30th September on famousfeets site and made the payment of RS. 499. Although I have received a mail for order confirmation but no communication after that regarding delivery or order status and tracking details . I wrote to them on given mail I'd [protected]@gmail.com but till date I haven't received any reply from them. Kindly check the issues i[censored] can n help with the refunds and others too. It seems it's a fake site and making fraudulent.

I have place order from the famousfeets site on 29 September but till then I will not receive any communication form them and also they do not reply any complaint which I have sent to them at email id
Is there any other way to complain please reply

I have placed my order on 17th Oct 2020, and got an email with the order number. But no dispatch date or delivery details. I was not sure if the site is fake or real. After seeing so many users complaining about the site I am little worried. Is this site really bogus? Is there any way to get my money back? Please help

I had ordered 02 combo Kurtas sets on this website on 3rd October 2020 and also made an online payment of Rs. 998/- but no details regarding delivery or dispatch of order has been received yet. On calling the customer care numbers found online ([protected]), [protected] - (Jitendra), they ask for Debit/Credit Card details, including OTP Number as a part of customer satisfaction Google form from the number in the name of the refund process. If the payment is via Google Pay, then for refund, they are creating fake UPI ids to scam people into paying more money again as a part of the refund process.
Please look into this matter as quickly as possible as it might lead to more people getting ripped off and would like a refund too.

In view of above, kindly help me my refund of Rs. 998/- as well as soon.
