We ordered a saree of Rs. 399 and paid the amount on 1.10. 20. But we haven’t received it till date. After calling at their customer care half and a month later the official in phone informed that they would refund the money as the product is out of stock. In order to pay me back they asked my debit card details. I suspected a fraud and disconnected the phone. Please, handle it with hard hand....

I ordered combo pack 28 oct and paid online 499 but ordered is not received so i call costomer care number which was mentioned on there website.there is no orders detail on mail .when we call them they ask for google pay and and send 499 then send link and fraud online transaction.they are creating fake UPI id to scam people into paying more money again as a part of refund process.please look into this matter as quickly as possible it might...

I have place an order combo set been offered by the said website, on 30th september, 2020. I have made the payment using credit card. I have received only one communication from the website about order confirmation. But the status upload is fulfilled. But i have not received the order, niether any communication from them. Have emailed them as well but no communication still.in their website no address details or contact number is mentioned....

We had ordered sarees on this website on 25th September 2020 and also made an online payment but no details regarding delivery or dispatch of order has been received yet. On calling the customer care numbers found online ([protected], [protected] - (Ajeet)), they ask for Debit/Credit Card details, including CVV, as a part of customer satisfaction Google form from the number [protected] in the name of the refund process.
