It was online.i did my payment but there and my money was deducted. Order completion print was not done as session timed out.

My name is Rohan Singh chahuan having [protected] and mail I'd [protected]@gmail.com. I ordered pizza on 8th April to VIT VELLORE branch and at the final stage after the payment got deducted the order itself got cancelled and the guy on the customer care told that money will be refunded in 3-4 days and now when I called him again he said money is deposited on 11th April but no money has been deposited. I want the details as I have mailed you too for the same matter the money amount was 1046Rs/

I have placed at an order on 14 april, order no 96 from jaipur . My money was detected but order was cancelled . I have I got a msg from dominos that ur amt will be refunded in 3-5 business days..But I have not received any refund yet . Please give my money back.

Hello,

My name is Mohd Zohaib Khan. I live in mumbai. I placed an order on 15 April 2019 at 7:00 pm on my Birthday. I invited some guests and they all were eager to eat dominos pizza. I made upfront payment. I followed up many times but got an answer that it is on the way though the status was showing in kitchen. I ordered food for them from swiggy as it was very late and they had to go to there home. My pizza order was delivered at 10:00 pm and it was not hot at all. I am regular customer of dominos. Very disappointed this time. I want my money back. My number [protected].
