Fastag HDFC Bank — wrong charges of 778 on hdfc fastag | |||||
Good day, I have complained twice, however no one is replying to my mails from HDFC fasttag. Kindly tell me what action has been taken ? On 03 Feb 2019, At Kusgoan toll plaza the fast tag had an error and debited 778 inr from my account. The toll guy also took 138 inr as cash for passing my car throu the gate. He said that the fastag had an error. So I have been wrongly charged with 778 inr from my fast tag account. Kindly arrange the 778 inr to be returned to my account. See below msg rcvd via sms. Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 778 for transaction by Vehicle MH43BE9004 at Toll Kusgaon Toll Plaza on[protected]T14:53:05. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 0 - HDFC Bank Ltd. Also find attached receipt of payment of toll via cash atttached. My travel was from Lonavala to Mumbai. Was this information helpful? | |||||
