ICICI Bank — fastag wrong deduction

On dated[protected] my Fastag ID no. 10705651. I had not use my Fastag and my vehicle but toll plaza Jaipur had wrong deduction of Rs. 295/- on dated 26-27/09/2019. After several complaint done by me but about two months suffer wrong deducted amt. Rs. 295/- had not refunded. please take action against authority as early as possible. I had files complaint no. 3841450 dated 01-11-19, 3833950 dated 30/11/2019, 3898403 dated[protected] and I had also submmitted for vehicle up dation No. RJ14UF7626. But till dated vehicle updation had not done after 25 days. pleas take action againt defualter authority as early as possible

Updated by Damodar Kumawat On dated[protected] my fastag id no. 10705651. I had not use my fastag and my vehicle but toll plaza jaipur had wrong deduction of rs. 295/- on dated[protected]. After several complaint done by me but about two months wrong deducted amt. Rs. 295/- had not refunded. My previously complaint no. 935902 please take action against authority as early as possible and refund amt. Rs. 295/- in my above fastag account.
