Fastrack — Failed in Conveying company policies to Customers | |||
Hi There I am Uday and have bought Fastrack sun glasses on last Friday at Marthahalli store. When i went back to store today to exchange with some other i heard from agent no exchange on sun glasses which they were failed in explaining to customer before bying the product. This is my bad experience with Fastrack and don't understand, isn't an agent job to explain company policies to customers? As customers would always go for exchange when we are not happy with what we bought and we would think exchange can be possible on any product.
