I am a fan of fastrack products, be it watches, sunglasses, bags. but this recent incident has really disappointed me. I bought a fasttrack bag in october from a life style store and that bag got torn only in few days, the material os the bag started peeling off and now it is not even in condition to flaunt anymore. I have spent 2100 rs. for that bag. Please suggest the needful.

    Incident 1: 21th Nov 2015 @ 21:30 hrs Booking Number : 60325 Booked at 18:00 Hrs Pickup from Redhills to vallur (Near Minjur) Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I have booked cab (Tata indica -mini) Redhills to vallur (Near Minjur) .the cab drive has charged 680 rs. i called fast track customer care and enquired approximate charge for this distacce. they told 380 rs. but driver received 680 rs from me. i asked to fast track customer care please register a complaint. but they given some number. but that number is not working. again i called them, they told that you will receive call from customer care. still i din't receive any call from them . and drive is not ready to explain anything.

      I purchased a Fastrack watch from a shop in Mapusa Goa. A dealer in fastrack watches after about a month o[censored]se it just stopped. I took it back and he said that he would send it back to the company which took about 15 days for it to come back when i got my watch back after 1 week o[censored]se the secound hand just came out and the watch and again the watch has stopped.

        Dear Sir/Mam, I Mr.Avinash Ratnakar kale purchase your well known reputed brand fast track eye gear from your registered distributor name as D M Mule main road shrirampur dist. ahmednagar Maharashtra India.dated:[protected] model no: M078Bk2P of Rs 2250 INR .bill no 12110 During purchase of eye gear cover was provided was some different model no case cover. My main complaint is about frame stick dismental on[protected], on same date we visited to your distributor DM Mule . There the owner and representive underestimated for above said problem and also not cooperating to resolve issue. we request you to look into this matter and support, help to get another fresh, new same or different model of fast track eye gear.also same time he charged us 20 rs as unknown charge. As a customer I think that the puchase product has been manipulated before so it got dismenteled. also purchase product as not seems to specification superior stainless steel. so I request you to give replacement of said product as soon as possible. and revert as soon as possible.             Hi, I purchased a fastrack strap watch. Please find the details below: Variant: 9462AP02J Date of purchase : 21/03/2015 Strap broken: 14/08/2015 I went to change the strap, but they said the stock is not available. After 2 months, the stock came and they replaced the strap on 09/10/2015. They charged Rs.275/- for the same. Now again the next strap started getting worn out and about to break.               I bought a new FASTRACK watch of Rs.750/- model no.9951pp05 on 19 May 2015, warranty period 6 months.From Fastrack, Near chinchwad box office theatre, side to just in time showroom. This watch stopped working 6 times in 5 months.at once of 6 times, authorized customer care center center sent my watch to main centre for 1 month. But after that also my watch stopped working twice.Still I'm requesting FASTRACK to replace my watch.Its not my fault that I got this faulty piece. So please co-operate. I want new replaced watch anyhow.

              But I would like to request you again, plz contact to the shop I have told you about and plz replace my watch as early as possible. Im fan of this brand and dnt expect this type of mistake from FASTRACK. It's just that, now I don't have time to go and contact every time to care center for this Rs.750/- watch. I have already wasted lots of time and money for traveling to the care center and showroom. I can understand your care but now please try to understand me.               Now i don't want any reason s from you, sir. Im requesting you last sir, please do not take more time.
              I WANT MY WATCH TO BE REPLACED AT ANY COAST in THIS WEEK.

              I am going to register complaint on International Consumer Rights Protection Council.
              Your FASTRACK customer care system is The Third class Care System I have ever seen.
              I am requesting you since last one and half months to replace my watch and your third class system is still not doing anything for it. Roadside beggars are good that at least they takes money by direct asking for.

              Your company have not mailed to that FASTRACK shop or to me that you have accepted to replace my watch. They are refusing to replace that watch because they didn't get your mail.
              They told me that only a call from company to you is not allows us to replace your watch.

              Please, if you are not able to maintain your brand name and your service then Sell your company to any capable person.

                Hello Titan, I have fastrack watch model 4052pm01 and I had purchased it around 2.5 to 3 yrs ago and i loved the watch but a week ago the metal strap broke, I searched all the service centers of Hyderabad and secunderabad cites and every one told the strap is not available and the watch is now pretty much useless, buy a new watch! Some even told me the company discontinued the item so its not possible to raise a order for new strap and some told that strap is not even available with company too. Now i feel humiliated how come a brand like titan could not even provide the spares for the items only after 2-3 years of selling. I request someone help me in getting a new strap for my watch.I spoke with customer care on toll free number and raised a complaint regarding the issue; In return I was given a complaint number 956827.I was told that back end team would be contacting me within 2 working days.I never received a call, I again contacted on toll free customer care number[protected] and representative on the call escalated my issue even then also i haven't received the call from back end team. More over i persuaded one world of titan to at least try to place an order for the strap and the titan inventory of the company says the strap has been "Dropped" and its not possible to place an order. This is not expected of a Gaint in the world of watches which is Titan.Now I completely lost hope that something could be done Regards Vijay [protected]

                Instead of giving standard reply to each and every complaint i request you to address the issue.Your statement " Customer satisfaction is our main goal, and we go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy" is complete lie, If you could read the complaint you could understand that.I specifically had written in the complaint i contacted the customer care on toll free helpline and even wrote the complaint number.I would beneficial if you could have replied with something useful rather than giving stand reply.

                  Hello Sir,

                  I had purchased a Fastrack Mens Watch (Model Number: 3081AL01) from Nucleus Mall, Cochin around 2 years ago. 6 months back (June 2015), I gave the watch for repair at the same store due to stoppage and also for changing the strap. And now they called me and told that the watch cannot be repaired, the parts are not available and showed me a slip with Depreciation amount of Rs. 758.

                  Very bad service from service providers. When I gave the watch to repair, it had only the stoppage issue. Now I feel cheated and also feel that they have damaged watch. I asked them to just give back the watch. But they are telling that they cannot. Without the consent of the customer how can they do all these?

                  Please provide my watch back or refund the amount and resolve the issue at the earliest. My complaint No: is 1263.

                    Dear sir/mam, I have bought a fastrack watch of the model no.3024 SM on the date 17/01/15 The dial case of the watch got corroded & as it is under warranty period I have surrendered the watch in the shop where I purchased it & got a acknowledgement receipt dated 24/08/15 for it.At the time of surrendering the watch the shopkeeper told that I would receive the replaced watch in a month but when I call now, I don't get any proper responses. kindly take necessary action.

                      Hi Team, My name is sathyabalan. Working for an reputed bank in chennai. I have booked fast track call taxi on[protected] . FT booking ID - 54182. Route : Neelangarai to Triplicane. I have asked them to reach at 9.00 where it reached at 9.11. I have boarded the taxi at 9.30. i have the taxi while boarding where it did not showed any waiting charges but showed 99 rupees which is the initial charge for first 4kms. After passing kottivakkam area metre started tickling from 99 where it just passed 2kms. When asked driver he said he has put waiting from 9.15. This was not at all informed to me. when i asked which he did not informed he said that you saw the meter while starting the cab so i did not informed. Thought i will speak with customer care later but i found the waiting charge ran each and every time the vehicle stalls in signal. when i asked he said they will put waiting charge for standing in signals also. I called customer care right sitting in cab, My call was kept on hold and disconnected twice. Third time i reached customer care officer nagendran and he tranferred to complaint handling team. The person by name Iraivan spoke to me and he also informed that they will charge if vehicle stalls in signal. when enquired about initial waiting charge he said they will give spare time 5-10 mins post which they will put waiting charge. Below are my questions: 1. Why the cab did not reach on time?. I have asked to come by 9.00 it came at 9.11. when they put waiting charge after 3mins of their arrival. How will they compensate as they are late by 11 minutes. Does the customer time did not have value? 2. I would agree to the waiting charge but why the driver did not informed me about charge while getting inside the taxi? 3. when he said they will spare for 5-10 before putting waiting but the cab came at 9.11 and started waiting charge from 9.15. why was the grace time not given. 4. Customer care said they will warn the driver, but how is that going to serve my purpose? 5. While was my call dropped by customer care twice? 6. Its absolute cheating as they charge for standing in signal. To my knowledge only cheif minister car would go with out signals. Am not chief minister rather none of the other customer is chief ministers. 7. Finally i end up paying 319 rupees. while in return, i came in City Auto where they also put metre and charged me 189 rupees only. Please take necessary action against the cheating call taxi company.

                        I booked 9 seater Tavera using fasttrack cutomer care number for morning 11.30 AM. We booked it by 8.30 AM itself, and Tavera driver called by 10.35 AM, But when car came, it was Xylo, 7 seater car. When we asked about this to customer care, they said to take this car, or simply cancel and leave. Our family was waiting to go for a function, and due to time constraint, we took the car at that moment. We called to fasttrack customer care, but the response we got from them was very worst. Such a unethical behavior from the team, when we explained them the situation happened in the morning, and asked them why they changed the car, they didnt even give proper response. They didnt even apologise, and were keep on blaming us that its our mistake that we accepted the car sent to us. They never accepted that its their mistake that they changed the car without even informing us. A very unethical behavior by the customer care member, he was blaming the customer. We just called to convey our problem happened, so that it wont happen again. But they blamed us for everything and this really irritated us. I am never going to get back to fasttrack again. They must remove the customer care unit, as they dont know the meaning for the same.

                          We have pre booked 7 seated cab on 25 Aug 2015 itself, for 26 Aug 2015 at 17.30 hrs we received booking sms (attached)and on 26 Aug from 16.00 hrs we was calling fast track customer care and they was replying cab will be there in half an hour and bla bla reasons. But at last no taxi has been arranged and when we ask them they gave mobile number [protected] to raise complaint but no one picked. This is the second time we were facing the problem. kindly take some necessary action to ensure customer's service and commitment

                            I wanted the original Fastrack watch adjuster with the same original design to be fixed in my watch and went to "Titan Authorized Service Centre - Oppanakara street Coimbatore - 641001". Phone Number[protected]. TIN Number [protected]. My request was submitted on 15/07/2015 and the service provider informed me that only different adjuster is available and i requested for the same original model. Hence after the discussion the service provider raised an order for my watch from company and informed me that i will be completed in 15 days. Now the date is[protected] and actual due date provided on the bill was 18/08/2015. Till date there was no follow up on my issue. I called then personally on 05/08/2015 and he said the watch is ready. When i went i was disappointed that he fixed the same old model not the exact design. Again he requested time till due date and today when i called him, he is saying very cool that i didnt get the design and requested me to come back and take my watch.

                              I purchased a wrist watch, bracelet of dat has been corroded. .I went to world of titan a service centre, there I was told dat we have no policy to replace dis bracelet. ..they just cleaned dat nd hand overed to me dat watch. I just want to say dat if someone spend an amount approx 2.5 thousands and get such kind of problen withen 3to 4 months then why to waste a lot of money .just go and take a local watch use dat nd throw dat. It was a very bad experience with ur company. Shame on you doing such an activity to your customers .

                                  I have very simple query as with in the year I got second incidence where I had to visit to your care centre. As my watch was under warrantee so your executive entertained me other wise they would have said this is out of warrantee and we will be charging the service fee to make it ok (and that I am sure) and charges will be very high. Last date warrantee of my watch is 15th july 2015 suppose if you make it in the order (Make is ok) and then after some time (I am dam sure) I will be facing the same issue it will be going out of order in that situation what should I be doing. will I get the new watch if I get the same problem in near future because I can not listen the inappropriate language of your executive.

                                  I had bought one watch from Fastrack on 15th July 2014 design NE3088SL07 since then i am facing the problem with this watch. before that my watch was stopped while working then i contacted to customer service i don't have dates with me but it really took so much of time which was really enough to make me fad-up from you brand and language of the executives are really pathetic. I visited to ( Shop no 7-8, SRS Mall Sector-12 Faridabad-121001 and Phone no:[protected] and now again i am face to problem with the watch now it got moisture and even you can not see the timing while it is moisture. It is water proof even then it gets moisture while car AC is on or the weather condition is not good. When i went to shop to get it ok as it is under warrantee period then i was told you might have dropped the watch in to water after convincing then only they logged the complain and service which is provided by you people is really worse. After buying such a costly watch if it does not work for a year that is such a horrible experience and i will suggest to every one in my touch and friends not to buy the fastrack watches and products


                                  Suggestions for Fastrack company


                                  1. If company is providing the one year warrantee then it should not have gone out of order.

                                  2. If is it out of order then your service should be that perfect that customer is not getting harassed

                                  3. Customer should get the compensation for that.

                                  4. Service and language of the executive must be up to the mark.


                                  Now at the end this is my humble request to Fastrack that please get my watch ok as soon as possible

                                  Why don't you stand on my place and then re think I raised the complaint on 15th July 2015 and it is 28th July 2015 yet I did not get my watch back. Just a simply question does it take this much of time to get watch repaired. Is this a rock science and also confirm how long does it take to make a watch just few seconds then why are you taking so much of time to repair another question of the quality of you company if it would not have been in warranty what would have happended. I seriously don't have trust on you people you may be repairing this for the time being and when it is out of order your statement will be now it is not under warranty. If there is manufacturing defect then why don't you change your watch to the new watch why should I suffer every time just because of your fault. I have paid the full amount of the watch

                                    I purchased Fastrack wristwatch model 4057 PM01, within a 14 months o[censored]se after purchase of this watch, it's strap plastic/rubber part got broken. I went to Titan service center at Dadar (W) Mumbai and asked them to replace the plastic part but instead they replaced complete strap by charging Rs. 300/-. Again this new strap plastic part broken and Titan service center asked to replace complete strap again. I was having concern that the plastic/rubber part used in strap is poor quality and it is braking during short period of time but your service center is forcing customer to buy complete strap. I sent a mail to your email id [protected]@titan.co.in on 18th Feb'15 as per the advise of your executive on toll free helpline number. Thereafter Ms. Grace Rajini ([protected]@titan.co.in) called up to me from Your Bangalore head office, she suggested me to send the photographs of bad parts and as per her suggestion I sent the photographs to her on 5/03/15. Thereafter after she told me that she will arrange the required part soon. But till date neither she has arranged the part nor she is replying to my email. Hope to see positive reply from you.
