Fastrack — strap is not available | |
I have purchased fastrack red color belt watch model no:ne6078sl09 around a year ago. It is working properly but the strap got damaged and i want to replace it. I have approached the service centre and they said that they will inform me once they receive the stock. Even after 5-6 months they are not saying anything. I have approached same service centre at different place, they are saying that it is not available, we will give coupons worth of half price and buy another watch. What is this answer? If company is selling watches it should provide it's accessories also. What i have to do with my old watch? I need strap for that. Please provide straps for leather watches.
