[Resolved]  Fastway — Cable not working

I am using services of Fastway Cable at my home. Cable is not working from past 10 days as my cable operator GURU NANAK CABLE OPERATOR- JALANDHAR has not deposited the fees to the FASTWAY CABLE.I have deposited my cable fees on 5.7.14. I have contacted my operator and even contacted the customer care and registered the complaint with them. Neither It has been rectified nor there is any revert from there end. This is really pathetic. What type of services this is. There is no guarantee of anything. Please help.

cable is not working from almost a week . and daily i submitted 2-3 complaints to the customer care.The problem occurs after every 10-15 days. they keep on saying me that can resolve their problem in 4-6 hours, complaint number is 1041253. Totally bad experience of fastway. i think they are not capable of providing signals.

channels not working

helllo! i hav complained this around 6-7 times that many channels are not available to me, which are there in my package. my complaint is registered everytime but nobody takes any action against it. please pay attention to this one!
