Complaint Details:
I am a regular customer of Fastway Cable services. I recharged my account on 28th June 2025, but my cable service has not been functioning properly since then. I have made multiple calls to their customer care requesting support, but no one has resolved the issue till date.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the company has shown complete negligence and failed to provide the service I have paid for. This has caused inconvenience to my family, and it reflects a lack of basic customer service.
Request: I urge the Consumer Forum to take strict action against Fastway for:
Failing to provide service post-payment.
Ignoring repeated complaints.
Mental harassment and service deficiency.
I seek a resolution at the earliest and a refund or extension of service for the days I could not use the cable service.
