FastWay Transmission — Fastway poor service

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the consistently poor quality of cable services provided by Fastway Cable in the Baddi area. As a long standing customer with customer id no 100448 & box no 0X4C0D563E, I have been experiencing frequent service issues with Fastway cable service. After every 3-4 day my cable does not work. On 31st Jan, 2025 I sent an email to your customer care email id regarding cable not working. After 3 days I am still waiting for a solution. Today I have also called your toll free number [protected]. I have requested your customer care executive to transfer my call to your senior but she didn't listen to me & disconnected my call without any solution . Such a poor response was not expected from Fastway.
