FastWay Transmission — Problem in cable connection Some channels going to interrupted continuously from last one month

I was complaint regarding cable connection that some channels are interrupted continuously from one month some time it becomes clear or some time not. Cable operator said that your problem has been resolved in two or three days, sometime said its technical fault etc. After all that exercise problem still remains from last one month. I have paid all my dues regarding cable monthly fee and security deposited in connection time but my problem has not resolved still. So kindly take some strict action against those so problems resolved as soon as possible.
