FastWay Transmission — regarding not following the trai regulations for cable services

Fastway in amritsar, punjab is not going on as per the regulations of trai. It has mentioned on its website that customer can choose first 100 channels of his choice along with 26 dd channels which are mandatory, but in reality, the local cable operator has no option of customizing the first 100 channels. Me and my family is forced to watch the first 100 channels on tv as fixed by fastway. I am feeling helpless as fastway is not replying to my complaining mails too. I want my march 2019 cable fees of two setup boxes (Rs. 600) as a refund and 100 channels of my choice as per the rule of trai. Kindly look into this matter and take stringent action against fastway.
