[Resolved] Federal Bank — Amount debited from my account without shopping | |||||
Dear Team, I have tried to transferred Rs 5000 to Paytm wallet on 09/3/2017, but we occurred the failure message in paytm wallet. but suddenly it was debited Rs 5000 from my Debit card account number [protected] recieved the message from bank. Then i called to the customer care and raised the compliant, please check the complaint number [protected] and resolved immediately. Please check and refund to my account number at earliest.
