I didn't receive account opening kit instantly.. Done everything through online got the message as following.. "please visit our pookkattupady branch along with the passport size color photographs, kyc documents and get your account opening kit instantly. Kindly remember to carry the originals of the documents for verification by our officials." I visited pookkattupady branch with all document. They are again asking for 3_4 days to wait and i have to go to bank again to receive the kit.. Actually what is the use of this online account opening... It just reduce the work of bank staff.. And no benefit for customer.. Customers have to roam 2 or 3 times.. Expecting a good response asap. From Babitha Was this information helpful? | |||
