[Resolved] Federal Bank — banking | |||
I am a federal bank nre a/c holder since past 30 years, my nre account with federal bank, mannar (Alleppey dist:) branch is in dormant due to non activity. About 4-5 days back i have called in branch and spoke with staff to re-activating of my nre account and as per his advise i have mailed a letter along with my latest passport & visa copies to re-activate the same., but till today no answers or no actions. Today (04/09/2019) when i enquired about my request to the branch manager mr. Venugopal he is not even know whether there is a mail/request received, and he is not aware what is happening in his branch.. Was this information helpful? | |||
