My name is Mohammed Raffic holding federal bank account in UPPALA branch with account number [protected] . I had made a online debit card emi purchase from Amazon india on 05th SEPTEMBER for the amount 18849 INR and the order got cancelled on 09/09/21th . Amzon had started refund the whole ampunt on 12th September and got refund reference number RRN RRNQvT[protected]G2V . But after 15 th working days the amount not recieved at the account. I had emailed to their costumer care but not recieved my money. Please do the needful
