Federal Bank — Forex card amount refund | |||
They debited my amount without intimation. When I asked customer care, they told me to send my passport and forex card details. I sent as they asked. I didn't receive refund yet. I mailed to [protected]@forexsupercard.com regarding the status.No one is responding. I am getting an automated voice to send passport details in mail when I call customer care. Federal Bank executive saying that they have no link with forex team.I don't whom to ask. I hope I will get my refund though this complaint Was this information helpful? | |||
