[Resolved] Federal Bank — forex supercard

Hi i bought a forex card on thursday and was told by the dealer it will be activated by friday evening, its sunday and i am travelling today. No one picks the help line number responses to emails are in hours. I cannot travel without money. Please look into it This is pathetic.
