I am an account holder of federal bank kadampand. I am writing this letter to draw your attention to a disturbing incident that i personally experienced with your bank. I ' m struggling to find a solution to my problem and i have no option but to raise the matter to a higher authority. I am very disappointed with what happened and i am strongly considering to take my bank account to another bank. I hope you can change my mind by providing an adequate and satisfying solution to my problem as well as taking the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future.
