[Resolved] Federal Bank — money deducted from account for a failed ticket booking | |||
Ticket no. - 497792 Dear federal bank, I, veronica gomes tried to make an online ticket transaction for my son allen paul gomes on 25th february on cleartrip.com for ticket booking. The ticket booking failed but money was deducted from my account. The ticket company confirmed that they have not received any money. Please refund my amount (₹ 3553) to my account (A/c no. - [protected]) in tangra branch (Kolkata) at the earliest. Mar 8, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Federal bank reverted to the complaint on same day... Ticket was raised their end and was assured that money would be refunded withing a time frame of 5 days to 45 days... However I received it today, 10days after the date of problem. Luckily I got back the money. Federal Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
