I tried to book a tatkal from irctc on 9 th dec 2018... Cash debited from my account.. But no ticket generated... Its 1 week over now.. No refund from the bank.. Transaction id :[protected] Please do refund my amount as soon as possible to my account. Its too bad or horrible that you are taking such a long time to return back our cash...
