[Resolved] Federal Bank — Refund initiated by amazon but not received | |
I have placed an order in on October 2nd opposed A31 for rs/- 11490 but immediately I have cancelled the order. I did this payment from the phoney through UPI option traction id# T2110020120170750163867. later I called for amazon and filed a complaint for my refund they stated they initiated the on October 2 nd at 3.33am only but the refund was not reflected. then they gave me a reference number #[protected]. with this reference number I called Federal bank but they didn't respond to me properly and stated that amazon has not initiated a refund. I have raised a charge dispute from federal bank also but they have rejected the complaint. and I have raised a charge dispute more than 10 times. I don't know who is responsible for this please send my refund. thank you
