My name is praneet singh sandhu and i have Ordered a product of 956 rs on amazon on 19 March 2020. The item got canceled due to covid19. And amazon refunded the amount (Rs 956) on 30 march 2020 to my card but till date i have not got the refund in my bank account. Refund reference number (#006542). I was informed by amazon to file charge dispute form but federal bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
