Dear sir i have submitted all the forms required for kyc, still my shipment status is 1. A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
What does this mean?
Tracking number is[protected].
It is coming from dubai. Do i need to give more documents for the clearence. Let me know if i have to do something for that. Does this happen everytime.

Its been 11 days in customs!!! How many more. I have ordere different product from icc world wide courior which I recieved before time. For Kyc in icc worldwide I only submitted my adhar card. I have submitted five piece of paper for kyc in fedex.

I have a package stuck in customs. From the tracking it seems that a specialized form/statement is required for clearance from shipper. I contacted the shipper but he does not know which form to complete (he did not receive any instruction).

The box contains perishable goods and I need to get it asap.

The status of my shipment show as clearance is delayed. Import A specialized Form/statement is required from recipient. I have already submitted every thing your KYC customer support asked me to send. Still why does it shows that. If there is anything else that is needed do let me know asap or else clear my shipment. Its been 4days since I have submitted all documents still the status is same.

I am facing the same issue like "A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient. " the product reached on 25th JUN 2019 Bangalore. what document need top submit still all the kyc and invoice and bank statement everything . what is needed now totally waste of time and calling fedex people everyday.

I have already submitted KYC customer support documents. Called customer care 2-3 times, even submitted the correct Mobile No. & mail id for direct contact but still not recd any call from fedex for pending documents. If there is anything else that is needed do let me know asap or else clear my shipment. Its been 15 days since I have submitted all documents still we have not recd the shipment.

How to solve this issue please help me

I am getting this status for my shipment[protected]: A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
Recommended action: Please call FedEx Customer Service. The scheduled delivery date is shown as pending. I need this shipment at the earliest for an occasion. Pease let me know how to process.

I am getting the same status as Customs Delay Mumbai MH, Exception Reason,

And FedEx is not at all picking call it is going to IVR system and it is not connecting to customer service agent, what I have to do, the documents sent has to reach as soon as possible and before 30 July. I have paid $250 to send the docs to reach on time but it is delayed no one is responding, I am not sure what to do, please let me know what action I need to take.
