Fedex — Awfully delayed delivery of[protected]/[protected] | |||
This is to bring to your kind attention that FedEx India has reached its lowest point in terms of the services you offer. I ordered an item from an online vendor who unfortunately uses your services to deliver products. The product was assured to reach me in time for my son's birthday in 4 days however it remained stuck in Ahemdabad en route Mumbai to Delhi for good 2 days. Now it is stuck in Gurgaon (literally adjacent to Delhi) for more than 36 hours for no reason. This is my 7th day waiting for the product. The real trauma begins when there is literally no response from your customer care - be it call centre or email or Twitter. Despite my many tries to reach out, my cries fall on deaf ears. I got hung up thrice so far. The Twitter handle doesn't give a dime about issues and I am not surprised to see scores of similar issues throughout your Twitter wall all day. This is how business ends with the end of customer confidence in service. I am still waiting for my shipment, but I have a bad feeling that I won't see it in days while a local vendor does the same delivery in 3-4 days. All I see is gloomy days ahead for customers and FedEx India alike. Was this information helpful? | |||
