Irresponsible customer service

Hi
My shipment is struck at customs clearance, Bangalore and its been 15 days till date no agent helped me to get out this issue I sumbmited all the documents needed for clearance process .
Finally I requested them to cancel my service and send the shipment back to the importer even though no response .

It is really irritating now my shipment was supposed to be delivered today but your poor service is showing.
I am never going to use fedex for international shipment.
All my kyc all have been submitted but i am getting stuck in clearance for some or other reason.
Now it shows "goods are subject to regulatory review." and is not clearing it....

Incident: today got a mail from fedex team after multiple escalation from my side for enquiry of delivery of my single item (60 ml cream that also approved by csdso) after 1 month of waiting of my product which is a gift from my sister in law.
Today they sent a mail saying i have to pay of duty of 100% custom fee (Same amount as of my product).br...

fedex keep my parcel for 1 month, not delivering me

I have placed an order on 9th september from bajaao, they dispatched the order with fedex, i am in barasat, very near to kolkata, fedex is not delivering my order, today is 27th they keep the order with them in kolkata local office. Which is horrible. Please let me when they can deliver, i already paid, bajaao is not refunding my money as well. Not getting any update as well after 23rd september....

I am sending you and in contact with your customer service guys every day since sept 15, 2020. As of today no one gave me one proper answer regarding my package.
I don’t think this the kind of service fedex provides to its customers. Since the beginning of the process i have been providing what all documents you need with out any fail and why is such irresponsible behaviour from your end.

Delayed delivery again

I ordered a product from hk to india. 2 weeks back. The product was to be delivered on the 18th. Today is the 24th. No signs of any status updates.

They said the product is stuck with customs bangalore for examination and assessment. And there are back logs for it.

But really? 6 days?

Why am i paying 100 dollars for courier to hear from the customer reps that they have no clue what's happening...

I never knew delivery time to send a package takes more than 5 days and more. When i checked its showed shipped on 17th of september and till now i haven't got my package. Another update i got that is "tendered to authorized agent for final delivery" on 19th of september. Now i am wondering when will i receive my package. Will it take one or two months?...

I have a courier coming from Malaysia and the same sent on17/8/2020 and till date they have not delivered. I have been following up with customer care but there is no updates. This late delivery cause me 3 lakh rupees losss...

product stuck in custom new delhi

My friend send me a product from us through fedex priority international shipment and it's awb[protected]. It's in custom from last 10 days, require a commercial invoice, which i already submitted 3 times to fedex, but till now didn't have any update from anyone. I'm just clueless, don't know what to do. I'm just hoping that the custom will release my package and fedex will deliver it to me. It's just a hope. Let see....

I have one courier which is supposed to receive on sep 2nd. My courier is company laptop and it is not a purchase and i have given the merit letter stating that.

I've tried every recourse to reach an actual person at fedex to ask what the issue is with my one piece of paper. One document that's taking forever to reach me
.the service is absolutely useless
.robots and frequently asked q and a, please. Where is my document already! Ypu have made me miss an appointment with the embassy on this one piece of paper. GET BACK to your customers

Product stuck in customs with no additional info

This is with regards to an international shipment with AWB no :[protected]

I ordered a package from Singapore and it reached bengaluru on the 25th of August. I was contacted that very day and told to submit some documents with relation to the package (payment proof and technical write up) and it was done immediately from my end. Since 26th August, the status just says 'shipment exception-pending'.

My AWB is[protected], It's been more than 2 weeks, my product still stuck there. FedEx executive didn't giving me proper response about my shipment; they only said that it will clear soon. but we can't tell you how much time it will take. I will never use FedEx for my shipments....

My awb no.[[protected]] is this and it is an international shipment, it is stuck at delhi, earlier delivery date was 31august, now it appears delivery date unknown, goods are subject to regulatory review. My order is for individual use, and i’ve submitted my kyc documents also. My father is also in customs so i know it doesn’t take so many days. Plz resolve it....
