My self shibin, i am an ex employee of fedex (Employee id[protected]. I left my job from fedex express tscs. (Banglore, karnataka) before 2 month (July 24 2020) now i reach back to the company for getting my experience letter. And now the manager ram mohan & team leader sathyanarayan rao, they are asking 25, 000/- for getting the experience letter. Please help me for getting my experience letter. They are tourchering me by asking the money.

    I was supposed to get my parcel delivery on 5th october. It is in customs clearance since 4th october. I submitted all the kyc documents and also got confirmation email of same. But till today i have not received my shipment. I already called customer care almost 15 to 20 times but they don’t know what to do. All they say is to wait. Worst company ever. Why would i choose fedex express delivery if i want to wait! I will never use fedex services for international shipment. My awb is[protected]

          I have booked a shipment with awb number :[protected], and I paid the service charge too. Booking date was : 12th Sept, Booking from Kolkata to Rampurhat within state West Bengal. Picked Up on 14th September. Till then its status is showing its in Kolkata Hub. now its 1st Oct.
          2 days ago one called my client and asked to pickup it from kolkata hub.
          Today I had a chat session with their customer service. They said, the area is now out of there service zone. Then why did you took my order? And if it is out of your service area why did you hold my order and delayed it? my client is getting fired on me on this.
          Ok on the chat session the agent told me to stay online and in a moment he disapeared, and the chat session is showing end. what kind of service is this?

            My shipment is struck at customs clearance, Bangalore and its been 15 days till date no agent helped me to get out this issue I sumbmited all the documents needed for clearance process .
            Finally I requested them to cancel my service and send the shipment back to the importer even though no response .

            In 21st September I emailed him the required documents for clearance and the person acknowledged me that he had already submitted and the progress will be updated the next day if else any open examination of shipment then delay in one more day . I was contacting him through email and phone every day since then and today is October 1st he sent me another acknowledgment email stating he submitted the document today .
            I really don’t understand why this person took 9 days just for uploading it . I paid 130$ CAD for express shipment (2 days ). I am not bothered about the money or delay in process I want to question Fedex about their customer service.

            Since there's no response or even any single call or email communication from fedex for this consignment, I would like to take the following decisions.

            1. If the consignment is not traceable I would like to reexport the same to the exporter.
            2. If no further information or communication from fedex before 5PM[protected], I'm going to file my claims for the cost o[censored]SD 366 (consignment value) along with compensation for the delayed service provision. and no response or irrelevant information or hiding the actual facts of consignment's status.
            3. I shall also claim compensation for the amount of torture i face in tracking this consignment and answerable to the company for which I've imported this.

              It is really irritating now my shipment was supposed to be delivered today but your poor service is showing.
              I am never going to use fedex for international shipment.
              All my kyc all have been submitted but i am getting stuck in clearance for some or other reason.
              Now it shows "goods are subject to regulatory review." and is not clearing it.

                Incident: today got a mail from fedex team after multiple escalation from my side for enquiry of delivery of my single item (60 ml cream that also approved by csdso) after 1 month of waiting of my product which is a gift from my sister in law.
                Today they sent a mail saying i have to pay of duty of 100% custom fee (Same amount as of my product).

                No single call till now i have receive from fedex, no accountability from their side. Is this the way they provide customer support!!!

                Why customer has to pay 100% custom fee for the product which is a gift.

                Still after repeated call, emails and been waiting for a month now. This is the reward i got for sending my parcel using fedex.

                STILL I DID'NT GET MY PRODUCT WHICH WAS REACHED INDIA ON 5, SEPTEMBER, 2020.
                I CAN TELL FEDEX IS THE WORST INTERNATIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER AT LEAST IN INDIA.

                On 22, sept, 2020 i got a mail from (murali.[protected]@fedex.com) required a Form 12B, which was the first contact from the FeDex India side to me. The very next day i have submitted 12B to FeDex.

                The Second mail from FeDex India comes on 26 Sept, 2020, I am attaching the mail below

                Every day i am losing 30 minutes regarding this courier, losing time, energy, and increasing stress.

                  I have placed an order on 9th september from bajaao, they dispatched the order with fedex, i am in barasat, very near to kolkata, fedex is not delivering my order, today is 27th they keep the order with them in kolkata local office.                   Hi, somrita I'm also from Barasat and facing exactly the same issue. My order also shipped through Fedex and stucked at fedex facility Saltlake (70091) for about 15 days. They says that 700124 is not serviceable. My question is why they are harassing customers by taking the orders? Very pathetic experience with fedex. Did you received your package now?                     I am sending you and in contact with your customer service guys every day since sept 15, 2020. As of today no one gave me one proper answer regarding my package.
                    I don’t think this the kind of service fedex provides to its customers. Since the beginning of the process i have been providing what all documents you need with out any fail and why is such irresponsible behaviour from your end.

                    I kindly request you to either solve my issue or return back my shipment to the sender. This will be the last written email requesting you regarding this matter. Please don’t send me automated emails stating that my issue has a reference number and your tracing team is working on it.

                      I ordered a product from hk to india. 2 weeks back. The product was to be delivered on the 18th. Today is the 24th. No signs of any status updates.

                      They said the product is stuck with customs bangalore for examination and assessment. And there are back logs for it.

                      But really? 6 days?

                      Why am i paying 100 dollars for courier to hear from the customer reps that they have no clue what's happening and can't commit to a delivery date?

                      Is this a joke? Never ever recommending fedex to anybody.

                        I never knew delivery time to send a package takes more than 5 days and more. When i checked its showed shipped on 17th of september and till now i haven't got my package. Another update i got that is "tendered to authorized agent for final delivery" on 19th of september. Now i am wondering when will i receive my package. Will it take one or two months?

                              My friend send me a product from us through fedex priority international shipment and it's awb[protected]. It's in custom from last 10 days, require a commercial invoice, which i already submitted 3 times to fedex, but till now didn't have any update from anyone. I'm just clueless, don't know what to do. I'm just hoping that the custom will release my package and fedex will deliver it to me. It's just a hope. Let see.

                                I have one courier which is supposed to receive on sep 2nd. My courier is company laptop and it is not a purchase and i have given the merit letter stating that.
                                This courier is so important which is impacting my career and i am unable to do my job which will result a financial loss.

                                It has been almost 2 weeks since i submitted all the required documents and there is no change in the status of the shipment. Calling customer care is a very tough task and each time i end up waiting for over 20 mins and finally they just tell me that there's a backlog and so it will take its time and there's nothing that can be done. They also then tell me that they will expedite the process form their end and i would receive it soon. (No such thing has happened of course and i'm guessing it was told for my own satisfaction)

                                Please resolve this on priority.

                                  I am really regretted o[censored]sing the Fedex service.

                                  NO, Still i have not receive the package.
                                  Once the product Stuck in the Custom then we just have to wait after submitting all the required documents.
                                  Same is happening with me.
                                  Its been 17 days ... that's too much .. we didn't get any updates nor call from fedex side..
                                  Its not done.
                                  I got product delivered from other couriers in just 1 week which was sent much later than fedex .

                                  I won't be using FEDEX ANYMORE THAT'S IS ENOUGH.

                                  It's not the FedEx fault. Once any shipment stuck in Custom then no one have any control on it except custom itself. So hope for the best. I wish you will get your product soon. Chinta koro na peye Jaabe.
                                  Not taking initiative, not updating even after customer provide approval form from CDSCO.

                                  They are not delivering the package nor any updates from their side.

                                  Please do the needful and Deliver it ASAP as it been more than 2 weeks now...
                                  Really disappointed the way it is been handled by FEDEX.

                                  STILL I DID'NT GET MY PRODUCT WHICH WAS REACHED INDIA ON 5, SEPTEMBER, 2020.
                                  I CAN TELL FEDEX IS THE WORST INTERNATIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER AT LEAST IN INDIA.

                                  On 22, sept, 2020 i got a mail from (murali.[protected]@fedex.com) required a Form 12B, which was the first contact from the FeDex India side to me. The very next day i have submitted 12B to FeDex.

                                  The Second mail from FeDex India comes on 26 Sept, 2020, I am attaching the mail below

                                  Every day i am losing 30 minutes regarding this courier, losing time, energy, and increasing stress.

                                  TODAY 13 OCT 2020, THEY ARE TELLING THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE WAREHOUSE CHARGES OF MY PRODUCT, SO THAT THEY CAN BILL ME ABOVE THE CUSTOM DUTIES OF RS 26, 000 FOR THE PRODUCT OF RS. 25, 000, AND RELEASE THE PARCEL.
                                  ONLY GOD KNOWS WHETHER THE PARCEL IS WITH THEM OF LOST ITBY THEM.

                                  GUYS PLEASE THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE USING FeDeX INTERNATIONAL COURIER.

                                    I have submitted all my kyc documents and its been more than 5 days since the package has been stuck in customs and the tracking page doesn't update beyond this

                                      I've tried every recourse to reach an actual person at fedex to ask what the issue is with my one piece of paper. One document that's taking forever to reach me
                                      .the service is absolutely useless
                                      .robots and frequently asked q and a, please. Where is my document already! Ypu have made me miss an appointment with the embassy on this one piece of paper. GET BACK to your customers
                                      .your site has nothing but absolutely awful reviews.

                                        This is with regards to an international shipment with AWB no :[protected]

                                        I ordered a package from Singapore and it reached bengaluru on the 25th of August. I was contacted that very day and told to submit some documents with relation to the package (payment proof and technical write up) and it was done immediately from my end. Since 26th August, the status just says 'shipment exception-pending'.

                                        I understand customs delays are part and parcel of international shipments as I've ordered many hundreds of shipments over many years. But it has been almost 2 weeks since I submitted all the required documents and there is no change in the status of the shipment. Calling customer care is a very tough task and each time I end up waiting for over 20 mins and finally they just tell me that there's a backlog and so it will take its time and there's nothing that can be done. They also then tell me that they will expedite the process form their end and I would receive it soon. (no such thing has happened of course and I'm guessing it was told for my own satisfaction)
                                        I don't understand how a massive company like FedEx can allow a package to get stuck for such a long time without any updates for so long. Yes I understand there can be a backlog but its been almost 2 weeks now with no update on the horizon and that is extremely disappointing. I don't know how long more this will take. I've used FedEx for many years but this particular incident has been extremely frustrating because of the massive delay. Other packages have come through via other couriers in the last few weeks without an issue but this one is just stuck with no updates
