Fedex — Bill of entry amendment

Airway bill numbers:[protected]/[protected]/[protected]

Dear Sir,

Since Last one month we are sending mails and discussing over phone calls to FedEx regarding BOE amendment. But we tired and amendment not done yet even we never received any calls to FedEx customer care representative.

FedEx not entered AD code during filling of BOE to custom. Since the AD Code details are not entered, the BOE cannot be transmitted to the IDPMS portal.

We have requested FedEx to enter AD code in BOE and request for amendment so that BOE transmitted to IDPMS portal.

The below bill of entry not reflecting in IDPMS portal.

a) Bill of Entry No. CBEXIII_DEL_[protected]_18_01_16569 dtd 18/01/2022 not reflecting on IDPMS against said AWB.[protected]

b) Bill of Entry No. CBEXIII_DEL_[protected]_01_03_12483 dtd 01/03/2022 not reflecting on IDPMS against said AWB.[protected]

c) Bill of Entry No. CBEXIII_DEL_[protected]_12_01_15935 dtd. 12/01/2022 not reflecting on IDPMS against Fedex AWB No[protected]

Due to this our Bank not making remittance to our suppliers and our all work stopped, hence we request you to kindly help us to amend the BOE on priority

we are the regular client of FedEx since last 6 year's but FedEx people not understanding client problems.

Kindly treat matter is most urgent
