I purchased an order of $560 on Aliexpress. It’s says delivered but I didn’t receive anything. I contacted fedex and I was told that the seller didn’t not put the apartment number. So I reached out to the seller and she sent me a photo that she did put the apartment number. Fedex misplaced my package and I want a refund.

    I purchased an item of $560 and did not receive. Fedex told me the seller did not put an apartment number, but she did. I have proof. Fedex misplaced my package and I want a refund. I’m just a student who works hard for her money. I want my money back.

        Over the last 18 months FedEx here in Norfolk, Virginia have treated us Extremely badly. We receive, around the first of every month, an order with multiple boxes. For Months, despite reporting them over and over again, they delivered these boxes to another building. They would simply dump them over there and it was then our job to find where our shipment had been Dumped. We have Begged Fedex to deliver our order per the correct address but they continue to leave our shipment to a building Around The corner, Not in our building. I have decided to post complaints in every capacity available. I'm sick to death of how we've been treated. I thank you in advance for helping me resolve this. Regards,

          One of my consignments is coming from china to India (Bangalore) by FedEx AIRWAY BILL NO[protected]. The Shipment was picked up on March 22, 2022, and the promised delivery date is on March 30, 2022. I have updated my KYC on March 27, 2022. Still, it's under a custom clearance process. The package is in Bangalore but the FedEx tracking page shows it's in New Delhi. I'm frustrated, not able to get the proper information about my consignment. I think the FedEx clearance team is not taking care of my consignment and customer support agents are not giving me the needful information. I'm really unhappy with FedEx's customer care and custom clearance team. I've raised a ticket on my consignment. The ticket number is 62510103. I'm not getting any updates from FedEx. My Business is spoiling because of FedEx. Kindly do the needful, Thanks

            Dear manager,
            concerning the Fedex international parcel number #[protected], I made a mistake in indicating in the Receiver format a Company name, although the parcel is a private parcel. I have sent so far 3 requests to modify this mistake I made: on the 23.03.2022 with a request to the general address [protected]@fedex.com, then on the 01.04.2022 with a signed letter to Fedex Bangalore office, and again today 06.04.2022 to the same Fedex Bangalore office. Fedex Bangalore keeps asking the Receiver for a Company detail, which he cannot provide because he is not associated with this company, and because this is my mistake in filling the format, since this is a private parcel. I dont know how to communicate with Bangalore office, they do not reply to my email with submission of Declaration to change this mistake. Besides, when Receiver is calling Bangalore office, they do not speack English.

              My fedex package is missing for past 4 months. Nobody from fedex contacted me till now. I have been calling customer care for past 4 months and answer i get was dont worry there is a huge backlog, nothing to worry. But 1 month ago i received one letter in post saying that i have to pay 5000rs fine to get my package if i dont submit documents? It dosent even mention what documents to send and where to send? who to contact? Why nobody is contacting me from fedex? I already submitted KYC and invoice.
              My phone number and email id is clearly given in the letter i got today. Why should i pay the fine if nobody is trying to deliver the package to me? Please help me to get my package delivered. Thank you.

                AWB[protected] shipment documents all are submitted to fedex team on time.

                Fedex team takes one month to clear this shipment and we also followed continuously but they didn't respond us.

                Now we received a duty invoice no.BLR-C-385848. In that they have charged the fine and reactivation of clearance charge in our invoice.

                Kindly check this issue and refund the amount.

                    I requested to have 2 copies of my wife's birth certificate sent from the Philippines. The cost for getting two copies was $40.60.

                    The Philippine Statistics Authority uses FedEx for overseas deliveries.

                    At "NO" time did FedEx contact me to inform me of the cost of shipping a legal-size envelope to me. The wight of this item was less than a 1/2 oz.

                    I just got the statement on my Capital One card and was charged $113.48.

                    My complaint is this.

                    FedEx "NEVER" contacted me to inform me of the cost.

                    When I called them and spoke to a representative after waiting close to 1 hour, I was told that "the cost of this shipment would NOT be posted until after I signed for the envelope".

                    If the envelope was delivered within 2/3 days, I would accept the cost. But it took a week plus to get this envelope as it went to Alaska, Tenn., California, before it arrived in Bremerton, WA.

                    I would like FedEx to charge back to my Capital One card 50% of the cost for this envelope. I did not have a huge box sent to me, just a small envelope.

                      I received my package on time for once with FedEx but when it arrived at my door it was open. I have a picture but there's no option to share it. Why was it opened when packages and mail are supposed to be secure and untampered with?

                        Address: The shipments come out of the Paducah Kentucky location and to me, Janice Barber, 306 West S to my address at 306 West Street Apt 1, Fulton KY 42041.

                        I'm handicapped and in a wheelchair and I have repeatedly put in the note section of everything I ordered from Walmart, which unfortunately uses FedEx for their shipments, stating to deliver the boxes at the top of the handicapped ramp near the door. I have done this on every shipment as instructed with the following note in each box coming to me. Why for the 2nd month in a row they are still not delivering it at the back door which makes me have to drag the boxes to the kitchen area by the back door. I have called numerous times and was told that someone would call me back to apologize and make sure it IS delivered to the back door in future orders but it's still not changed. I want a written letter of apology from the driver and also their boss's supervisor so I can put this matter to rest for good! I'm also sending a email to the CEO. Thank you

                          I shipped a motorized massage bed Ceragem. When it arrived the box was damaged and motor did not move rollers. It was very difficult to get through on phone for help and they repeated to go on line for a claim. I was not able to load images on their very confusing website. Later I got it, claim denied, I summitted again and have other documentation. I am not able to add to cost of repair documents. the customer service has disconnected me several times, claims tells me to go on line. they sent without my knowledge to pick bed and driver called me and I had no idea. I have insured this bed for $1100 and will probably will end up paying out of pocket to repair due not not being able to use their web site. the bed was several hundred dollars to ship. I drove up to the address that the driver was going to take my bed, it was the FedEx office. no one there said they could help. I was directed to a phone, in a room next door that told me to call claims again, claims said that claim was denied. I insisted that someone help me submit a new claim, and finally someone said it was not their job, but resubmitted another claim with some of the documentation, photos. I just got a estimate of the bill and cant submit it now! I have spend hours on the phone, and computer. I cant submit photos or doucuments here as I am a senior at a public library

                            We have sent a courier from Canada to India in January but it is not received yet. We have followed up more than 30 times. The only response we got was we will escalate. Please respond to the customer queries.

                              Hello my name is Nancie Pittman. I have packages delivered at 60 county road 103 Oxford Ms 38655. My complaint is that the driver refuses to put the packages on the porch. In stead they are left outside by the door and in the weather. I had a package from Pretty Litter on 3/30/22 and it was left outside in the rain. Thank goodness it was in plastic bags so the product didn’t get wet. But the cardboard box was soaking wet after I got off work. Please train your drivers to put things on the porch out of the weather. Thank you sincerely Nancie Pittman

                                I got the notification that my package shipped out the 22nd of march and it still hasnt arrived and seems to be getting sent back to Du Bois, Pa. Whats going on?

                                I rather use UPS than FedEx any day but suppliers still use them for some odd reason. I have had nothing but problems with Fed Ex keeping my packages in Kansas City for 24 hours before actual delivery.

                                  I have attempted 3 to 4 times to obtain my W-2 since January it is March now they will not give me my W-2 as well as payroll will not answer as well as they will not provide me with FedEx employee identification number so I can report them to the IRS. This is a legal in many ways I will be filing a lawsuit if I do not receive my W-2

                                    Tracking number[protected] was delivered to the wrong place. They refuse to go back to wherever they dropped it off to retrieve the package. It is a school book that was $400 and is needed before April 7. This is absolutely ridiculous. This has happened 3 previous times as well. FedEx is the most unreliable shipping company in this area!

                                      My tracking number is[protected]. I have a Case number C61711823 I am writing because I ordered an Alex and Ani bracelet on March 18 th and paid $15 for a 4 day express delivery. On March 22 is the last day FedEx shows any tracking on my package! I have called FedEx now for over a week now with no luck. Still no package, as of tonight March 30 still no trace of it Alex and Ani cannot file a claim until 4/3! This is an engagement gift for my daughter that I wanted to surprise her with last week when she got engaged so I am so disappointed, upset and I don’t know whom I need to speak to but I want an answer or my package ASAP!!!

                                        Above mentioned parcel has been shipped in September 2021. It was held by customs due to an error in the declared value, but correct documentation has been provided multiple times since September.
                                        The information has not been passed on by FedEx to the customs authorities.
                                        A huge fine / penalty has been charged by the customs due to these delays and I, the importer has already sent the DD to the FedEx office and received no update as to whether they have passed on the DD to the customs office.
                                        There has been no update or reply to my emails for over a month now after I paid the fine. I've sent repeated emails to the escalation teams of Fedex as well and no response.
                                        This is completely unacceptable and unethical of Fedex to continue ignoring a paying customer in this manner

                                        I have received a notice from the customs saying that they will dispose of my shipment if no response is given. They will clear the shipment on my request without Fedex taking the initiative.
                                        Fedex is creating an unnecessary roadblock and making your paying customer is suffer huge losses because of this irresponsible behavior.
