[Resolved] Fedex — Complaint for charging additional charges without proper consent & information | |
Unpleasant & Unprofessional service (TRACKING NUMBER:[protected] I had booked my parcel with FedEX. The tracking number is[protected]. I hereby express my shock & disappointment for the unprofessional service from a reputable company like FedEX. Reason being:- 1) I am being charged Rs. 8000+ for customs & taxes leveraged without my consent. I have already provided my contact number, but still I wasn't informed about the additional charges paid on behalf of me. 2) I had already paid for the shipping charges to the shipper. 3) I have noticed that this is a recurring complaint & problem faced by the customers of FedEX.
