[Resolved] Fedex — Delay delivery,denial to help and confusing us | |||||
I am Tanima Padhee.I had approached FED EX office on 21st Oct'16 in JP Nagar bengaluru to deliver 20 kg parcel of wedding card to my hometown sambalpur in Odisha.The parcel costed me Rs 5380 & the courier services charged me Rs 900 for the shipment service . It was sent to Chennai from Bengaluru to be further transported to Odisha.The parcel reached Chennai on 23rd Oct'16 and i was promised that it will reach my Hometown maximum by 1st November by 8p.m but when i contacted to there customer care toll free number given on there website the which is [protected] they are keeping us on hold for more then 30 min & still no response. After multiple followup with the local Fedex center & customer care still the issue is persisting & we are not getting any update from there side.I m really in serious stress and that parcel was quite important for me and required to be delivered on time. time was very valuable for me which has already been over.now the parcel also useless for me due to inappropriate Carelessness of Fedex . i want my complete money back because right now the parcel whether delivered or not does not matter but right now i need my whole money back i.e Rs5380+Rs900.Kindly take necessary action.
