[Resolved]  Fedex — delivery schedule late

My tracking id=[protected] and my schedule date is 23rd october 2018, my order reached to vizag on 19th oct9ber 2018 early morning. But still it is present in vizag only friday over, saturday over, and now monday, it is still on vizag only, and destination of delivery is kotthavalasa vizianagaram district. It is far near to vizag, but you people takes so much time to deliver, how negligence you have, already shipment has arrived on vizag, after 3 days still it is on same place only, please aend my package as fast as possible

My tracking id is 783241750082 and my contact number is 8790554388, and deliver schedule is today, but i didnt receive my package till now it is almost 5'o clock, from last 5 days my package is located at vishakhapatnam only, and it didnt shipped at all, and my location is kothavalasa, vizianagaram. it is just 20kms far away from vishakhapatnam. and i definitely believe that you people didn't deliver my package today so, please made enquiry about it with out wasting giving reply like "you have time it will reachs you at 8:00 pm " i cant belive whether my package will deliver or not,
