I had couriered my project proposal to the state govt. On 6th oct 2018 in the evening at 6 pm from shivabasavanagar, belgaum, india. It was supposed to reach on 9th oct 2018 morning to bangalore (500 km from the my place). 9th oct 2018 was the last date to receive the applications, today is 10th still my applications are not yet delivered. I am really depressed and frustrated because of the delay and i lost the chance to contest in the competition. I will go to consumer court to get my loses. I will never do business with your company.

    As per tracking, package had to be delivered by 29th september 2018, but not received till now. Here is the tracking no[protected]. I had complained regarding delay of delivery, and they had confirmed, my package to be delivered within 24 hours but it has not been delivered yet even (6th october 2018). Kindly arrange to deliver as soon as possible.

        Tracking said my package would be delivered by the end of the day on wednesday, no further details. As the item is pricey, i waited around the entire day. At 8:30 p. M., i called the 1-800 number 7-8 times to check on my package. She told me they had until 8:30 p. M. To deliver. And when i called them again at 8:30pm then they are saying some vehicle issues happens and again at morning got email that u will get by 10:30 am today but still not get. They had changed my status from the morning of the day today to “pending.” i called again customer care and they are saying it will be delivered so on... The woman on the phone acted like i was nuts because i expected my package that day. Even worse, she couldn’t tell me when i would get my package. Please take strict action for fedex they are playing game with customer they had taken me 10, 000 amount for shipping from china to noida and they are giving service.

          I had experienced a very bad experience from one of your drivers while he delivered an amazon courier today (01/10/2018). He shouted at me in front of all my neighbours calling me a crappish woman and abused me for not agreeing to travel 2 kms with my 7 month old baby for collecting the courier from the point where he asked me to come. His name is reji and he came from palakkad (Kerala, india) courier service. He verbally abused my mom when she said we will raise a complaint against his bad behaviour.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I would like to share my bitter experience with fedex express service (India and czech republic) with all.

            I am writing this message regarding my package (9.6 kg) from chennai, india to prague, czech republic[protected] which was shipped on 08/28/2019. The fedex express package was sent to prague, cz with international priority to my pregnant wife from her parents with love.
            The package was not been delivered and we have been waiting for the package for a month. Even after sending the required information, they kept on telling that the harmonised code (Taric eu) and composition are not ok. When i visited the fedex office in prague airport, they asked me to do the custom declaration individually by myself, without helping me to do the customs clearance through fedex.
            Being an international (1-year stay without czech language proficiency) it is impossible to do the clearance with the czech public officials.
            Later being unable to process further the shipment was sent back to india (Last week).

            But this return of package was done with a huge amount of money 22626, 00 czk = ~75500 inr, which has been taken from my bank account without any intimation. Even i was not warned about the charges for returning (Invoice number: [protected].

            I would like to request for the possibility of a refund of the money which was taken through autopay without my approval through fedex.
            I have given my card details in the fedex in-order to login/account online as suggested to have a letter of authorization, but it doesn't mean that you can take money from my account without my permission!

            My in-laws have already spent around 7000 inr for the shipment from india (International priority). I would have expected a maximum of 7000 inr = 2200 czk. And now i have been charged 10 times more just for returning the same package.

            Both the fedex officials in india or the czech republic helped me in sorting out the customs declaration and clearance, i want the complete refund of the money withdrawn from my czech bank account.

            Fedex india: even though the package was made by the fedex india agent and shipped to the czech republic with the list of items, he has not informed about the restrictions in the czech republic and problems in shipping home-made food item (Non-perishables) and the need of the hs codes as per taric-eu for customs declaration.

            Fedex czech republic: fedex prague officials also didn't help me in preparing the hs code as per taric-eu what they need for declaration even after sending all the information required for the same. They sent me 3 documents for doing self-clearance to airport customs officers, with which i couldn't do the clearance (After spending half a day in airport arrival individual custom clearance office) and later was asked to contact another company for preparing documents for clearance. And now they have charged me such a huge amount of money and withdrawn from my bank account without intimation.

            Our parents have shipped the item from india through fedex express only because of trusting the company and urgency and it took more than a month "undelivered" and now we have been charged heavily for the same (7000 inr for shipping from india + 75500 inr for return).

            Eagerly waiting for resolving the issue and possiblity to refund.

              My shipment with airway number[protected], is stuck at clearance for more than 40days. A month back i was told it will be released and i will have my shipment soon. The customer team at fedex has no info about my package. Everytime i call they transfer the case to a executive in mumbai who obviously has no idea about my shipment. I have not got any communication from fedex team asking for any documents till date. This is very pathetic service from fedex and i strongly recommend everyone to stay away from them.

                My courier got delivered at wrong company address and to unknown person. The delivery person didn't even call me, he just handed it over to some random person in other company.
                I recd a call from that company that my parcel has been delivered there wrongfully. If in case, they would have used it themselves, who would have been responsible for it.

                    This complaint is regarding awb no.[protected] which is not getting delivered instead of my repeated requests with the customer care and local vendor. I'm really frustrated with the behavior of one of the top courier companies across the world.
                    The shipment goes out for delivery since last 3 days, handed over to some authorized agent for delivery and goes back to local fedex facility everyday.
                    The scheduled delivery date which was of 10.09.2018 has already passed 4 days back.
                    This never used to happen when delivered directly by fedex instead of any third party agent.
                    Has been in touch with the customer support since last 3 days and instead of their repeated assurances, the shipment is not getting delivered.
                    Got to talk to the local vendor through customer support and his excuse is that address is not correct, when i have got more than 10 shipments delivered to the same address every time from fedex.
                    Fedex customer support says i'm lucky that i got vendor's contact no. Even if he doesn't picks up my call when tried more than 20 times since morning today.

                      I've reported an issue with my mobile where my phone manufacturer has sent my mobile through FedEx courier :[protected]. Till 10:30 pm in the night yesterday, the status was 'Intransit' after then it suddenly changed to delivered on 12/08/2018 at 6 PM without a Signature of who has taken the package and not even a call when the package was at my place.

                      When I've called to complaint, I was informed that if the package is available or they were able to track it they will arrange a delivery, if not they will share the sign of the person at the time of taking the package. I dont know how does it justify even when they have lost my phone with their negligence.

Its my research paper, institute has nothing to do with it. What exactly will they declare? But your executives are not convinced and they are repeating same thing to get declaration on institutes letter head, so i have requested shipper to file a revised invoice by deleting name of institute on it as suggested to me by fedex authorities, i hope you will release my shipment.

                            This is regarding tracking id[protected].
                            One item was sent from bangalore to goa. On 04, september 2018.
                            It was supposed to be delivered the parcel by 8pm on 5th september 2018. But even on several times follow up it has not been delivered yet even (7th september).
                            I have called the fedex local office. They have received it on 5th only. But they didn't arranged it for delivery.

I kept calling fedex customer service every day and they say its issue from bangalore customs due to customs server down and kyc not updated. Its 15 days and i have been waiting for my package.                               Dont believe any reasons they saying when your Package in Bangalore Customs.
                              FedEx dont have individual lane for Customs Clearance. They using General Lane.FedEx collecting fees for us and using free lane for clearance in Bangalore.Only Indian Postal service using general lane.Bangalore customs receiving more than 16000 parcels per day, they cant give clearance for all parcels within 24hrs.FedEx collecting fees for Premium service.But they are not giving Premium Service to the Customers .They wont reveal this truth to their Customers. They always Blame Customs officials when you ask the reason for Delay.Fedex will say, " your package detained, query raised by customs, value not accepted by customs.".There are not real reason for the delay. Only One Real Reason is, "They Put your parcel in General Clearance Area in Bangalore".

                              If You Check their Customer Care Replies Then You will understand above statement is true. Dont Choose fedex in Future.Indian Postal service is Better compared to Fedex.India Postal using the General lane.But they dont charge too much like Fedex.

                              Recently i had worst experience with Fedex, One parcel was in Bangalore for 25 days. they didnt give proper reason for delay. i sent declaration, invoice, Bank statements, kyc...etc. everyday they said your parcel detained, your parcel went for examination/Assessment..etc. One day i called Bangalore Customs Help line.Then only i Understand How fedex cheating customers, U know how many people get mental tensions bcos of their lies for delay... I sent a complaint to Customs & Planning to File a case in Consumer Court soon. DOnt use fedex in Future.

                                I had ordered 2 e-readers from china excepted delivery date was on 24th aug and i submited kyc on 23rd aug. I kept calling fedex customer service every day and they say its issue from bangalore customs due to customs server down. Its 12days and i have been waiting for my package. Fedex customer service rep says they don't know when i will be receiving my package. Tracking number[protected]. I read reviews here almost all fedex customers having same issue of there package not moving from fedex airport hub. There is no manger available to take my call, there is no one in fedex who knows when i will receive my package.

                                Dont belive whatever they saying.Fedex always saying, ''Your parcel Detained By customs, Value Assessment Process not completed, Customs raised doubts, insufficient product description, Waiting for Customs officer, server down, Only one officer available for clearance that's why delay"
                                Dont believe any reasons they saying when your Package in Bangalore Customs.
                                FedEx dont have individual lane for Customs Clearance. They using General Lane.FedEx collecting fees for us and using free lane for clearance in Bangalore.Only Indian Postal service using general lane.Bangalore customs receiving more than 16000 parcels per day, they cant give clearance for all parcels within 24hrs.FedEx collecting fees for Premium service.But they are not giving Premium Service to the Customers .They wont reveal this truth to their Customers. They always Blame Customs officials when you ask the reason for Delay.Fedex will say, " your package detained, query raised by customs, value not accepted by customs.".There are not real reason for the delay. Only One Real Reason is, "They Put your parcel in General Clearance Area in Bangalore".

                                If You Check their Customer Care Replies Then You will understand above statement is true. Dont Choose fedex in Future.Indian Postal service is Better compared to Fedex.India Postal using the General lane.But they dont charge too much like Fedex.

                                Recently i had worst experience with Fedex, One parcel was in Bangalore for 25 days. they didnt give proper reason for delay. i sent declaration, invoice, Bank statements, kyc...etc. everyday they said your parcel detained, your parcel went for examination/Assessment..etc. One day i called Bangalore Customs Help line.Then only i Understand How fedex cheating customers, U know how many people get mental tensions bcos of their lies for delay... I sent a complaint to Customs & Planning to File a case in Consumer Court soon. DOnt use fedex in Future.

                                  Fedex awb no.[protected] my parcel is stuck at verna fedex office for more than 5 days. Many people are facing this same problem. I checked all negative reviews on google. They are playing and cheating with consumers. Pls take strict on them so that people don't miss their important parcels on time. Very bad service. Third class. Shame on fedex. They are not even bothered to contact us and tell their difficulty. This means they are very lazy staff.

                                    Shipped this shipment through fedex international priority to hyderabad, ts, india on aug 20th 2018 (Pst)
                                    The content is a laptop bag and a hand bag with 2 small chocolate powder bottle.

                                    The shipment has been stuck in bangalore for more than 2 days now.

                                    The recipient has already contacted fedex and submitted required documents (Kyc form) and also got a confirmation email of the documents received by fedex on aug 23rd 2018 (Ist), but the package hasn't still cleared.

                                    I spent close to $450 to ship this as an international priority to india only to find it is stuck in clearance for 2 days (With all docs submitted from recipient side).

                                    Fedex Bangalore team always doing like this. I[censored] contact customer care they wil tell the same replies every time.mostly they say customs officer busy/officer inspecting ur parcel/they need clarification ...etc.

                                    You know all are lies.The Bangalore fedex people are the worst team.mostly they try steal goods in the parcels.i am waiting for some details to file a case in consumer court. They put all balmes on customs officials bcos we wont fight with officials know. My parcel still in customs from the last 23 days. Everyday they saying same replies.
