shipment status unknown since 50 days

My shipment with airway number[protected], is stuck at clearance for more than 40days. A month back i was told it will be released and i will have my shipment soon. The customer team at fedex has no info about my package. Everytime i call they transfer the case to a executive in mumbai who obviously has no idea about my shipment. I have not got any communication from fedex team asking for any documents till date. This is very pathetic service...

order delivered at wrong address to some unknown person

My courier got delivered at wrong company address and to unknown person. The delivery person didn't even call me, he just handed it over to some random person in other company.
I recd a call from that company that my parcel has been delivered there wrongfully. If in case, they would have used it themselves, who would have been responsible for it.
Really disappointed from fedex....

item not delivered as per the scheduled delivery

This is regarding tracking id[protected].
One item was sent from bangalore to goa. On 04, september 2018.
It was supposed to be delivered the parcel by 8pm on 5th september 2018. But even on several times follow up it has not been delivered yet even (7th september).
I have called the fedex local office. They have received it on 5th only. But they didn't arranged it for delivery.
