[Resolved] Fedex — False delay "goods are subject to regulatory review"

What's up with this title "goods are subject to regulatory review"? It's been more than 3 days since i sent the kyc form which you asked just to keep my details on server in the name of customs clearance delay. Now i have this new title and the scheduled delivery date is pending, but they said it will be delivered on thursday evening but it's already friday and when i called the customer service they told me they are not sure when i will get it. Are you guys just keeping my package because there is no more delivery available in my city and you can't send the whole vehicle just for my package? If this is the truth i am gonna file a complaint against fedex india. And this is my tracking number[protected]

Updated by Msfemina It's very important package and it's not delivered yet. Now who is responsible for the loss I am going to face ? I should have googled about your company before I sent the package. Here after nobody will use FedEx in my surrounding area, i will make sure about it.

Updated by Msfemina Whoever reading this dont use fedex if you're not living in city, because they will just keep the package until they get lots of packages to deliver so that they can send the vehicle. If you live in village you will have to wait for 6 months to receive your package just like me and i still haven't got it. They are using the words customs clearance delay to keep the packages with them so that we wont complaint.

My package is important but they are not delivering it. And customer service is useless they wont help you if you live in village because they cant send the vehicle just for one package. I am planning to make official complaint against fedex for my loss.

Updated by Msfemina Its 12th day, my package hasn't delivered yet. Its frustrating. People reading this should be aware of fedex workers laziness. Look at screenshot, I have paid 7000+ rupees (104$) for the courier charge, and fedex making jokes with me. do i look like a joker ? It seems like fedex workers wants customers to beg them for the delivery even though they wont deliver it. Customer service told me they are not sure when i will get the package. Why does fedex run customer service if the workers have no idea about when one will get the package delivered?

Updated by Msfemina Its been 16 days and i still have not got the package. People reading this should be aware of FedEx's lazy workers. Or you will have to wait for 6 months to get the package delivered.

My pacakge was arrived in mumbai on 10 th August 2020 today is 27 August still not cleared, the worst comp3for international shipment and their team aslo worst not supportable and never use this company for international shipment, from top to bottom all team member just doing timepass here, really very upset because of them i lost 60 lakh business due delay my customer, avoid to do business with me, hate you FedEx

FedEx! How do you want me to feel seeing my package almost delivered abs along the line I saw “pending” and no specific date?
